    Sir, I am planning to sit for mrcp exam. If i can pass it and get GMC registration and complete IELTS too. What sort of job can i expect in NHS? Or what sort of training will i have to go through?

      You should work at a non training level for some time, CT1/ST1 and then look for registrar level posts.

      Is Obs/Gynae consider separate speciality at Uk? I nean it doesnt come under surgery? Will really appreciate you feedback on Obs/gynae side. Thank You

    For GMC registration which exam IELTS or ielts for ukvi is necessary?

    So…… if you’re a recent international graduate and completed one year of internship in home country, do you have to do the FY2 or you can apply for ST/CT positions ?

    Is there a difference between the basic salary in CT1, CT2, CT3... Etc for example? Does the salary increase while i go in more years and higher levels of the training or it is the same during the whole training (which may last for 7 years) and only becomes a higher salary after being consultant?

    At what level do I start if I write MRCP

      You can start at a CT1/ST1 level initially and then proceed towards a registrar level post.

    Hi Dr. Ibrahim , first of all thank you so much sir,
    So if I want to take neurosurgery as my career , do I have to complete MRCS after FY2 to start ST1 neurosurgery and do I have any other further exams .
    and the same for trauma and orthopaedic surgery career .

      You'd take MRCS during the training process for neurosurgery. T&O would need you to complete it ahead of time.

      You would first need to see if you have completed the competency requirements.

    Sir, I heard that IMGs who need full GMC registration for fy2 or after fy2 need medical license from their home country is it true? Or else IMGs just need to have graduation from recognized university ?? I'm from india and pursuing mbbs in Ukraine so to get full GMC registration i need medical license from india as well?? Please help me with this doubt. Thank you!

      You don't need full registration from your country to get registration in the UK.

    Do you have to pass an exam to be eligible for CT1 after completing your FY2?
    If you're planning to do MRCPCH then should it be done DURING/ AFTER CT training?

      @@mohammedishaq2616 cardiology takes the uncoupled pathway. So for fitst three years of training in Internal Medicine (Which is called IMT) and then after you complete MRCP during this time you can apply for Cardiology training for 4 years.
