Ingredients for Overnight Cinnamon Rolls:
►1 cup warm milk (110-115˚F), not hot
►2 1/4 tsp instant yeast (rapid rise)
►1 large egg room temp
►2 Tbsp unsalted butter melted, divided
►4 Tbsp granulated sugar
►1/2 tsp salt
►3 cups all-purpose flour plus 2 to 4 Tbsp (and more to dust)
For the Cinnamon Roll Filling:
►6 Tbsp unsalted butter softened, plus more to for grease pan
►1/4 cup granulated sugar
►2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Cream Cheese Icing:
►4 Tbsp unsalted butter softened
►4 oz cream cheese softened
►1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
►1 cup powdered sugar

Hello Natasha, this recipe is amazing. I have been searching for a great cinnamon scroll recipe. I have tried many and they have always turned out dry and not flavorful. You are so talented!! I just made some and they are fluffy, tasty, soft and the cream cheese topping is unbelievable.
I have also made your no bake cheesecake and I wish I made 3 at once 🤣 my guests ate it in a flash and said they have never tasted a better cheesecake. Big hugs from Australia and I can’t wait to make more of your recipes!

I tried these cinnamon rolls turned out soooo delicious 😋🤗🥰😍 I didnt have cream cheese so I made a caramel sauce, if anyone wants to try it with caramel just add these into a saucepan:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2-3 tbsp hot water
let it thicken,then add:
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp butter

That is a perfect cinnamon roll. I've made them thru the years many times. One suggestion though if you like. It is OK to put one forth of the frosting on top of the rolls after they come out of the oven so that the icing can seep down into the layers of the rolls, then after they're cooled put the remaining frosting on top.You get some of the sweetness down below into the lower layer of the rolls. There's plenty of icing to do this method, but it's your choice. These rolls are amazing. I love the texture only the yeast can provide, and the flavor is outstanding. This is the recipe to follow.
