  • Hi guys! Today we will focus on a very important part of the body - waist and obliques. Let's leave the abs alone and take care of what's next to it, waist and oblique waist. A short 9-minute workout will help us gain beauty, strength and endurance in the waist, teach oblique muscles to work and, as always, energize you for the whole day. Some obliques can get pain after this workout, which means that the workout must be repeated regularly along with others, for example, a couple of times a week. Once it becomes easy for you, you can switch to a weekly basis.

    First time I tried to do that I had to pause the video like 20 times, because my muscles were weak af. But it feels like every time I do the workout I need to pause it less and less! Maria, you are amazing, you make us stronger and more confident about out bodies. Keep doing what you're doing! Much love ~~

    the more I do this sequence, the more I like it! I do 3 sets in a row and then it's just the right challenge

    Can you do a. Workout for inner thighs so it is easier to help to close into fifth position. BTW I LOVE YOU AND ALL OF YOUR VIDEOS!!! ❤️❤️ I felt this workout the next day 😂 lol.

    Hj lovely, thanks for this nice video. :-)A little exclaimer though: Be careful guys to start off your day directly with this routine ... you want to warm up first. I am fit and flexible. However, I did hurt my back quite a bit with the candle sticks and have to go through this day with quite some back pain. So take caution with the candle sticks!
