I am getting older now and have lost my health due to autoimmune disease. It attacked my body making many complications. I applaud you for taking care of your body! Do everything you can. I am awaiting lung transplant. Try hard not to lose your health. It’s difficult for me to think of healthy food options that I can eat. Thank you for these ideas!

I envy your commitment. I'm struggling to eat healthy bc I don't like anything. I don't like 3/4 of the food you showed in this video. It makes me sad bc I wish I did. I eat the best I can with the foods I actually like but I get sick of food after a while and it discourages me from eating healthy. Loved the video and I wish you the best.
Aww don’t be discouraged about not liking it. Baby steps!! I think if you could try implementing one healthy thing you enjoy day by day, you’ll have more that you like and eventually it’ll become a lot easier! No pressure to do everything all at once. Baby steps until it becomes normal .. for you and what you prefer! You got this!! 😊

But i don't talk about weight loss or appearance... i talked about how food nourishes us and making healthy choices for me. i grew up in a super unhealthy family with high blood pressure and heart disease. These are genetic things that can be passed down and is something i'm actively working on changing for my future and my family. Sorry you feel that way.
