GIRL YOU ARE GREAT. I LOVE YOUR VIDEO

  • @arvydas0069
    @arvydas0069 Před 5 lety +16

Thanks so much for your video. I was diagnosed with psoas syndrome. The doctor diagnosed it seeing that I could not raise my left leg (thigh) without pain. I started to recently get very uncomfortable sitting down periodically, not all the time, and started to get spasms and muscle contractions in the area of the rectum. I think I could compare the pain to sitting on a pole for several hours rather than a seat or an extremely uncomfortable bike. Either way, I made it to this video tonight because I could barely sit at the hockey game. I’m 36 years old, and I work a very physical job walking up and down stairs and lifting equipment all day. My posture has never been the greatest, and I understand fully that I put a lot of stress on my pelvic floor muscles in the way I stand and walk and lift things. I just want to say thank you so much for your exceptional explanation of the anatomical location of these muscles (like the psoas) that has caused me scary pain. I felt sciatic pain radiating from the right buttock down the leg after I had stupidly tried to manipulate the pelvic floor area after a particularly difficult work day. I irritated the muscles in the pelvis and it triggered the sciatic pain and painful rectal-area pain. It’s very crazy how interconnected all of these are but the main focus point I must bring up is that working without a weight belt lifting shit for years has caused me some debilitating pains and associated problems, which has led to anxiety and exacerbated stress. I never knew how much it was all connected until this video. It’s not common knowledge and I’m glad you made it. I’ve had so many urine and blood tests and probably three or four doctor visits in the last couple years that had been misdiagnosed as nothing because of everything checking out as totally normal, and some medical professionals not really thinking outside the box to include my occupation and other physiological factors. Thanks to the one Dr. who diagnosed psoas syndrome and to people like you who provide helpful insight and anatomical explanations.

This just started for me a month ago. The past 3 days it has been REALLY bad. After watching this video, I think that my workouts are causing this. I started doing leg/glute workouts 3x/week and i do the hip abduction machine. That workout specifically is very heavy load for me and i stretch my pelvis like nobodies business. I am almost positive that this exercise alone is the cause of this pain because its a new exercise a involves so much pelvic stretching.

I've had all of these issues for decades and just had endometriosis excision and hysterectomy. My right retro peritoneum was full of fibrosis. I'm 7 weeks post-op and much better than before but the pelvic floor muscles were still tight. Bladder pain was the most frequent issue plus deep ache near the tail bone. I sat on a yoga ball starting near my tail bone and moving forward every minute or so and did my pelvic floor breathing and after 2 days my bladder pain is gone. I didn't expect that at all. I just thought the ache in my tailbone and rectal region would relax. 5 min a day of literally sitting and breathing is pretty easy to do and worth every minute!

@@aaronsmith7154 hey! It’s been 3 years and I don’t have them anymore. But what I’m going to recommend you is that you really need to see a PT and eat healthy. Don’t be scared the process is just a long journey. As far as the muscle spasm are almost gone. I barely get those and if I do is because I don’t consume enough fiber or drink a lot of water. Also try to minimize your stress levels because that’s going to play a huge factor in your bowel movements so just keep that in mind.

I had a kidney stone removed from my uriter and I've been in lots of pain since! My urologist put her finger up my bum and told me my prostate is fine but it's hypo sensitive around that area. It's been 3 months since the op and I have pain in back pain down my thighs and pain in my anus. My bladder is painful also and my tummy keeps spasms like electric shock kinda pain. When I pinch my belly it feels in some areas like I've had anti blood clot injections in my belly it's the same pain as when I was in hospital but it's been 3 months since then but that's the pain I'm experiencing in my belly. 😞 I'm so so unhappy with what's happened since that operation because I was fine before I had it😞 anyway, my urologist said my pelvic floor was tight. I have piles and thought it was them but maybe like you say it's my tight pelvic floor is the cause. So do I need to relax my pelvic floor ? Please reply

  • @cherlinnemauranssi-sutton174

What if the pain is not in the butt hole rather in the bones of that area as well as the pubic bone, pelvis bone, hips and my spine from the middle of my back to the tailbone? I've dealt with joint pain since I was a pre-teen but not like this. It got really bad in 2015 before my second child. There is a lot of popping, cracking and the feeling of joints out of place and techniques not working to get it back which causes a waiting period until it does. I have been using a walker since 2018 even when I feel like I can walk because it takes only steps for my pelvis and hips to lock or jam and I'll get stuck crying in pain wherever I am. I feel like I'm being ignored. I've done physical therapy. I do what exercises I still can on my own. I keep being told that diastatic symphasis goes away and that it is from pregnancy even though I know that was not the case for me. Please help? I'm in FL.

I have this problem where I can rarely ever release gas (fart) and it's the most miserable thing I have ever had, internal bleeding/spleen scarring included. What could be causing this? It causes a lot pain, brain fog, constant fatigue, mental and physical, disorientation and joint pain. I've also been getting recurrent kidney infections (pyelonephritis) and pain in the left flank and genital area whenever there's a lot of gas trapped (I am male). I've tested for IBD - Crohn's and UC, gluten intolerance and underwent several exams - nothing, absolutely nothing other than slightly high antigliadin iga antibodies.

Could this pain possibly be caused by a body memory? After I left a narcissist I was having horrible emotion flashbacks and body type flashbacks. For 4 months every 2 weeks I would experience SEVERE pain so bad in my rectum traveling to my vagina. My whole body would tense up it was hard to breathe I couldn't cry because any movement at all was off the charts with pain. A few times I almost called an ambulance because I felt I needed pain medication. I remember I couldn't talk it felt physiological too. It went away and hasn't happened in almost 3 years. They say "the body keeps the score". I'm just curious if severe trauma could be a cause?

I think you're right about it being related to stress, but also irregular eating can trigger an attack. I have adjusted my diet to 3 regular meals each day and this has worked. You should tell your doctor about any pain and mention what you think might be the cause.

+everzamora you can do acupressure on your tailbone. Use a rat tail comb & press/poke around the area. When you find the spot that gives a weird sensation, apply ppl pressure to that area the most. You can also use a tennis ball, to relieve pressure on your tailbone. Massage therapy also helps. It'll increase/improve circulation throughout your body, promoting healing. A bath with Himalayan pink salt, lemon/lime, essential oil & bentonite clay will detox/help you heal faster. I have a question i hope you can give me some guidance on,
I've been suffering months with "fissure symptoms"
    - Burning
    - Spasms in the anus area sometimes at random
    - unable to sit for more then 15minutes
    - Pain all day every day
However in addition to that i started getting pain and tingling that would spread into scrotom and upper left tight as well as the skin between the anus and scrotom.
Now I went to a Colo-rectal surgeon and he found a fissue as the 6 oclock position in the anus but he says its very small and the amount of pain and symptoms im experiences dont entirely line up with a fissure, however he recomends opperating to take care of the fissure. Also im feeling pain randomly in the 3 oclock position of the anus even though he says the fissure is as 6 oclock.
I'm not asking you to diagnose me here but if you can provide me some guidance on what to even consider I'd appreciate it, I've seen several doctors and they just shrug their shoulders like "i dont know"

By the way sorry for my english. But like i said i always had some kind of controll of how hard i pushed but this time it was diffrent. So i most times take my phone to bathroom to like check youtube vids while i poop but i also like focus pooping so yeah... but this day this time it happend i didnt push much just like medium and then i just feel this kind of ball i was talking about coming out (the start of the rectum) so i put it back in and was chocked i mean i wasn't even pushing hard like i normaly do (i dont push super hard but just for the last poo to come out). But now i feel its coming out much easier then before and im not even pushing medium so im scared of even pushing little. The thing is that the time it happen i was trying to grap my phone so my chest was not near but like somewhere at my thighs and i think thats how it happend. So if you pls tell my what to do would i be super happy and glad that i didnt write this for nothing

I have been dealing with Proctalgia Fugax for about 4 years not off and on, mainly before I start mensuration, and my PCP never figured it out. It took me a little while of digging to find out what it was. The pain is ungodly bad when it hits and it normally happens at night for me. For me, it also seems to happen in roughly 20-30 minute episodes. I’d love to find something to help it.

Ive had my galbladder removed recently and it seems since then pain was getting worse than before in my anus region. I have seen the doctor many time, i have done the banding for the hemmorhoid but the band fell off. Ive had a ct scan a couple hours ago, said it might be a abscess but the doctors not sure. I also have a skin tag on my anus that i believe is causing me this great amount of pain but my doctor refuses to believe it and doesnt want to remove it. went to my GP today with pelvic pain and am told I have a weakness in the anal sphincter muscle- she called it a fistula. Prescribed some ointment to put in the anus that she said had nitro glycerin in it that would help heal it and stop the spasms. any jarring of this area is extremely painfull ie; walking, getting up from sitting or sitting back down. pain is constant but exacerbated when jarred. does this sound right? like a correct diagnosis? I could not see my regular physician - so saw someone else. Not sure about this.... any advice Rebalance? I can't make a diagnosis of your condition or fistula, but you constant pain and spasms - standing, walking or lying - sound much like mine, and I don't believe I have any weak sphincter muscles, it just started five days again using the bathroom. It increased over a few days, eased up and almost disappeared Tuesday, but started increasing yesterday and continues? This woman (and the few searches I've viewed) describes exactly what I'm going through.
