thanks. repetition is the queen of learning and you've nailed it. I memorised it so if you wake me up at 3 AM, I'll be able to name them all.

Thank you so much for this! I was listening along while reading the text and it helped me not get stuck on a word while actually understanding the material. Anatomy texts can be so dry sometimes.

AnatomyZone. Just wanted to let you know that Obturator Internus and Superior Gamellus is actually innervated by L5/S1/S2. Not just L5/S1.
Where as the Inferior Gamellus and Quadratus Femorus are innervated by L4/L5/S1. Not just L5/S1

Hello, The origin of the obturator internus is on the medial or lateral part of the obturator foramen? Because you were saying medial but pointing lateral.

IM SITTING ON A SQUISHY BUTT AND I HATE IT. I've had both hips replaced. I had severe osteoarthritis and i suffered in undescribable pain. My hips, my butt. It was awful. It started in my right gluteal fold and it has affected both lower butt cheeks so when i sit it moves. The feeling also moves around my vagina. I'm sorry but it's real and i can't explain it any other way. All the Drs say everything is normal. Im screaming, NO IT'S NOT NORMAL. the Ct say i have gluteal atrophy bilaterally. And.....
Degenerative changes at the spine. Enthesophytes at the ischial tuberosity. Soft tissue calcifications adjacent to the ischial tuberosities and bilateral greater trochanters may reflect calcific tendinitis. I don't know what this means. I'm finally seeing a specialist at Stanford. God hears my cry. He did. I came across your wonderful videos and of course i had to write you. Any thoughts please???
