    I bought a couple cheap 850mah 80c 4s from banggood and it's a MONSTER with these batteries.

      Hello. Hhehe, Angry little fellow, right? I´m glad you are enjoying it. Did you also purchase a camera protector? How are you managing that? Cheers.

      I saw that one, but what I want is something more or less like a half dome on top plate. I wish I had got a 3d printer for Christmas. This would be so much easier. Duh!

      Hello. I understand. I´m craving a 3D printer as well, but the good ones don't come cheap :D Cheers.

    Hello, What a nice quad you have... Can this little beast capable of carrying a go pro?

    • @DronesVisuals
      @DronesVisuals  Před 7 lety +1

      Hello. Nice indeed, but no, it can't carry a GoPro as it's too heavy and there is no space for it. Cheers.

    Hi, thx for your video. I've connected up to it in Betaflight and see the ESC settings by default are set for OneShot125. Not sure how much better D Shot is but if it's better, does it require changing in Betaflight to another mode like besides OneShot125? Thx for your time.

    • @DronesVisuals
      @DronesVisuals  Před 7 lety

      Hello. Dshot should be faster than Multishot125, so you might want to select Dshot from the drop down menu. Cheers.

    SP racing F3 or Naze32 board for this quad? which would be the best/ most reliable?

    • @DronesVisuals
      @DronesVisuals  Před 7 lety

      Hello. There are 3 versions available. One with a CC3D, the second one with a Naze32 and the last one with the F3 Racing. The reason I think the F3 Racing would be better for a beginner in this case, is the fact that it comes with a buzzer, which is almost a must-have for such a little quad. There are of course other advantages to having an F3, but they are not as concerning to beginners. Cheers.

    Its an amazing piece - I am about to order - Can you let me know if it will take a Runcam2 or a Mobius - As i want to record the flight in 1080 / 720p

    • @DronesVisuals
      @DronesVisuals  Před 7 lety

      Hello. Great little quad, but there is no space to place an action cam on this quad. You might need to record using a DVR. Cheers.

    I am kind of new in racing quadcopter. can anyone please tell me the difference between ARF and RTF version

    • @DronesVisuals
      @DronesVisuals  Před 7 lety

      Hello. ARF usually comes without the receiver, BNF comes with receiver but no transmitter and RTF, or ready to fly comes with receiver and transmitter. Cheers.

    • @basetau3200
      @basetau3200 Před 7 lety +1

      Drones Visual Here is the confusion. Different sellers are representing these terms differently. Banggood saying ARF package includes flight controller and receiver but no battery. Again BNF packet including camera. I am thinking there is no standard and I have to choose carefully.

    • @DronesVisuals
      @DronesVisuals  Před 7 lety

      Yeah, that's true. Sellers have been arbitrary using these terms. I think in most cases Banggood labels them in the way I have mentioned, for example the Eachine Chase 88, which is a classic example of ARF it's labelled as such, basically no receiver or transmitter. Cheers.

    Hi
    I've been going through the steps on how to set this quad up and I've run into a problem. I have bound my receiver to my transmitter I think all is good there. But when I go into bata flight the receiver is not recognized by the FC. I have the same receiver as you do in the video.but my quad did not come with one. So I had a wire it to the board. I played around a bit with the settings but nothing. Everything is back to stock now. Just wondering if you had any ideas.

    • @DronesVisuals
      @DronesVisuals  Před 7 lety

      Hello. Do you have it configured in iBus or PPM? What UART have you selected? Cheers.

    • @leelindsey293
      @leelindsey293 Před 7 lety +1

      PPM and uart 3 . The one thing I've noticed is that the LED on the receiver does not come on when the USB is plugged in. But it does come on when the battery is connected. This seems unusual.

    • @DronesVisuals
      @DronesVisuals  Před 7 lety

      Did you buy the ARF version and soldered the receiver by yourself? Cheers.

    • @leelindsey293
      @leelindsey293 Před 7 lety +1

      Drones Visual
      I soldered my self.

    • @DronesVisuals
      @DronesVisuals  Před 7 lety +1

      I thought the ARF version came with a soldered connector for the an iBus transmitter. It was not the case with your unit? Is there any chance you soldered the receiver in the wrong space or some of the solder is touching something else? Cheers.

    The one u get has 4000kv motors and the one listed on banggood is 3500kv......so i suspect it is gonna be slower than this..in theory.

    first crash or tumble landing is going to damage the camera and rx.

    • @DronesVisuals
      @DronesVisuals  Před 7 lety +1

      Hello. Indeed, however you can come up with some DIY solution for that. I've had 3 minor crashes and the spongy thing I added on the top has kept the camera intact so far, but they were not high speed crashes. Cheers.
