Green day is my favourite colour day! I can't believe you have used craft supplies stores! We don't even have craft stores other than Michaels and they carry very little in paper crafts. Lucky you!
I would like to make a suggestion if I may. When I use water in mixing art supplies I use distilled water. I've been told it is pure and less likely to cause mould etc. You are the science teacher so you would know better. Please advise. This is a gorgeous card that would work well for many occasions. Thanks, Jan! Distilled or cooled boiled water will last longer, but unless you’re using a sterile container there will be mould growth eventually. I get around it by just making up small volumes, so I get through them quicker. :)

You're right--that leaf embossing folder is IDEAL as a background. This is a very pretty card! I have so many leaf dies, as I'm enamored with leaves and nature. This is a great inspiration for using them.
Many of your cards seem to be unusual sizes; do you create your own envelopes?

Today you mentioned buying supplies at a craft charity shop-can you tell me where in England the shop is-I live in the states but visit 'home' occasionally and are always on the search for more 'treasures' to add to my crafting stash. The card is beautiful but the green is very emerald and unnatural. Blending some blue or red with some of the greens would have toned it down a bit and make it more natural. This screams phtalo green. But your design is lovely!
