I BATTLED My Friend at The 3K Proms

The Proms 3k Race takes place at Aberdeen beach on the first Friday of every month from October to March.
This race has been taking place since 1998 and attracts around 50 to 100 participants at a time.
This is a 1 PM start which surprisingly seems to be quite popular.
The race starts at the upper promenade beside the beach Leisure centre and heads south towards Fittie. It then takes the ramp down to the lower promenade and heads back towards the Leisure centre where the finish line is.
