Typical ROV day offshore on a Rig

This was a typical ROV day offshore on a rig on my last trip.
17.00 Wake up
17.15 Breakfast
17.45 Handover
18.00 ROV WORK, Maintenance WORK, Fixing stuff WORK
Tea as many times as possible
23.30 Dinner
05:45 Shift handover
06:00 Gym
08.30 Sleep

Man, you only touched the surface lol. Most of my day is spent doing Pre-Dives, removing air that's trapped in the system. Via using spray bottles. Rebuilding whips and doing the required maintenance . You make ROV seem so relaxing lol.

It was permanent. I no longer work offshore.

It's 12 hours so could be day shift or night shift.
