No issues, update ur address in seafarer profile, also while making application, ur sticker will come on ur updated address, There is no problem if u have different address in passport and CDC,
If u follow this process within 30 min you will make an application yourself,

self-attested is just put your signature on a xerox copy of a document, then scan the same to upload, for me it took 3 weeks to get delivered,

Actually sticker comes with 10 yr validity so your CDC will be valid till next 10 year from issue date of sticker

CDC renewal can be done from any MMD, for example CDC issued by chennai MMD u can renew it from any other MMD like Kolkata or else
