REP/SMO(K)/dated 09.09.2022, you were advised vide CDC module query dated 22.09.2022 to upload 1) Ship Security Officer (SSO) certificate & 2) Authority Signature page of Passport along with first & address detail page of Passport in online application module within three days, however the same has not been uploaded till date. The CDC (Continuous discharge certificate) is valid for 10 years from the date of issuance.CDC can be renew for another 10 years, a sticker is sent by dg shipping which has to be pasted in the last blank pages of CDC. If you do renewal then you will get sticker by post and the number will be the same.

If you have applied for new CDC THEN PROCESSING TIME - CDC/Seaman Book will be issue within around 30 days, this will be valid for 10 years. If you have applied for renewal then CDC renewal normally takes about 7-15 working days. The sticker will be despatched within those working days and depending on your location and Speed Post delivery in your locality it may take another 2-3 days. Dear Sengar, as you know after COVID everything is online and everyone is applying online many people are facing this problem... (1) I could give you the mail id but generally they don't reply I suggest you to please visit nearest MMD . For sure you will find better result. (2) 2nd thing did you write correct address while applying because of that reason also never dispatched or returned. Just go to nearest post office and meet your local postman and ask him about your cdc speed post. In the post office they have records ask them to check within last month. I hope you got your answer.
