I like using those red lazers instead of the sturmcanone for some amazing armor/hull deletion, sometimes I also replace the kriegsmesser for some big kinetic for long-range anti-shield. Also, you can mothball the halmond and still get the reduced maintenance bonus

I havent used it much in my first playthroughs, but now this last playthrough i found 2 rocket superweapons and man is it a power fantasy come true. 1V1 anything, chase destroyers, frigates, build in hullmods for added OOOMPH (not that it needs more). I think I will become the New Rosenritter Order and have a Rosenritter only doctrine. This ship dances in my dreams. Man how I love this game.

@@HalIOfFamer the missile battleship of uaf was reworked, now there's only 2 Large missile port you can put any weapons on, and they're pointed straight ahead, so people cannot recreate 4 nuke dumps with a wide arc like before anymore, and it definitely takes more effort to line up for the shot cuz semibreve is kinda slow, the ship is also clunky to turn around to begin with.

You can have a faction in the game and not use 100% of their stuff tho... I have some mods for literally a single ship or some weapons or fighters (diable foe the wanzers, kassadar for a few small mount weapons I never use their ships, and others) I have a uaf capital for the unique officer, and for the other I have a cryiser carrier, my other carriers are from scylartech and one from something else Basically, it is a single player game you dont have to play what is "meta" or "strongest"

The Traumtanzer is good at skirmishing and hunting down fleeing ships, but in a line battle its going to suffer unless youre piloting it yourself.

i like using this too, it is very versatile capital ship, even with only average firepower compared with other capital ship but with high mobility and phase warp it become great hunter ship. but if somehow i got superweapon arsenal i use higher version of traum.

Try traum with flight bay, it alot less deadly. and also there is several mod with ship that capable to kill radiant within single fire burst.
It's a good ship: 2 MLRS with 6 reapers (or 6 med hammers if you have the mod). MLRS drop the shields and the torps finish it. Then phase skimmer TF out of there.

Glass canon if you are not carefull. It has low armor and cost 60-70 point to deploy. Depending of your settings, you have a max of 240. And the flux capacity and the shield are decent, but not over the top. Still a power trip to use it.

it is wild to me that anyone could possibly think a ship having this kind of loadout is anywhere CLOSE to being balanced no amount of maintenance costs justify a ship that can solo fleets lmfao
Having tested it myself, I can certify that it's not. What you've seen here was the result of a good player piloting a strong loadout. The ship itself is good, but it costs a lot of deployment points and its flux stats are average at best.
I can link the game to Steam. But forget using Steam Deck's Desktop Mode to run the SH for Starsector. the resolutions are considered too small by the script unless workarounds are done.

I usually use it for long range missile truck... Pair it with hellraider long range missile from Dassault-Mikoyan mods
High maintenance is the most retarded hullmod. I always remove it in the files.

I found it as derelict, after I found Halbmond and decoded every blueprint got its location in story intel page.

There's nothing "too OP" in a single-player game. It's all about customizing the game to provide exactly the type of experience you want.
