Hi Nanny B, thanks for your sweet comment! 🥰 I'm far from a clay/pottery expert, but I tend to keep mine wrapped in lots of layers of plastic wrap and zip lock bags on top of that. I also sprayed inside my zip lock bags with a little water. It seems to be the best option for me. After a little research online, some experts also suggest placing it in a cool, damp place like a basement, away from direct sunlight so the water content won't evaporate. Apparently, it can last for years this way! I haven't had years to experiment, but it seems to work for the while I have worked with it 😉 Hope that helps!
