Civic type R 2549, same issue, swapped out release bearing, clutch disk, pressure plate, slave cylinder, master cylinder. Noise still there. I was able to lessen the sound when I adjusted the clutch line on the master cylinder side. Ordered replacement A and B clutch lines to test around.
Hey, I started having this sound today and it’s much louder on mine? Do you still own the CTR, was it just the clutch line rattling on a plastic piece as you mentioned in a another comment? Any reply will be appreciated 😊
Hello! Yes, I still have it. It was the clutch line , no doubt but this car has other rattling sources. I havd a vibration in the dash board from the passenger side that commes at 2000rpm especially when cold outside. Others have vibrations coming from the central dash speaker or from the left A pillar. Even the drivers window can vibrate. Then there is the waste gate actuator but the soud coming from it is not loud...
No pictures or video. It was the dealer that fixed it, not me ( but I had to tell them what to look for, they was a bit dumb). I think they bent a little bit the clutch line and covered it with felt tape.

Sounds like the same thing with my 2018 Type R.
Did you ever get the problem addressed? I am starting to think this may be normal.
Sounds like the release bearing, just get it done under warranty these cars are new!
