A metalic noise that one can hear when car is in gear, clutch pressed down and revs above 5000 rpm. When not in gear the noise does not appear. See the gear indicator!

How was the installation? How is the original exhaust attached to the downpipe?
Anyone facing this priblem heres your fix As soon as yoy turn it on hold in the minus button if you fid it tihjt youl be on P1 so count up to p18 from thrrr omce at p18 hold the minus button down for 10 seconds turn your scooter off and back on FIXEX a good indicater you got to the p setting bevauee the screen will nto display anything but card but if you notice youl be able to adjust the screens brightness on P1

I had a similar problem on my vset10. I was able to access the menu by quickly pressing + and - after turning it on. I had to do it multiple times to time it right. Go to P18 and hold +, then tap your card to reconnect it.
Have you done this with out turning it on ?
How did you fix the card reader problem?
I didn't. I got a new unit (screen-reader....the whole thing) under warranty but the stupid thing is hard to take off/mount so I use the old one but I erased the cards from its memory so I don't need cards to start the scooter. (Har Du samma problem? )

Nice! my B204 with td04-19t has 3" Dp 200 cell cat, stock midpipe with resonator delete and straight simons backbock. Sadly police took me to a decibel meter and idle it made 81 db and on 4250 RPM it made 105. My car is allowed for max 84db at 4250 RPM. Now i have stock midpipe with resonator and stock silencer but to much back pressure. Now 1 bar at 4500rpm previously 1.5 at 3500. Do you think with 3" JT 1 silencer i will go above 84db at 4250rpm?
I had the doubble resonated full 3" system. I remember it wasn't at all loud or intrusive but nice, deep sound. I had no problem at the anual inspection.
@@lungulet Thanks! well the MOT it not the issue, the police just doenst like it and they give a WOK stamp (you cant drive anymore, need to make an appointment at the one and only company that does the approvals of cars in the netherlands and they will check litterly the whole car

Check on internet after a combination of buttons that will bypass this stupid reader. There is a combination that works but I can't remember it

No pictures or video. It was the dealer that fixed it, not me ( but I had to tell them what to look for, they was a bit dumb). I think they bent a little bit the clutch line and covered it with felt tape.

@@Memo-ci8sm No drone at all. Ther was some drone with the OEM system. It is not too loud. I find it easy to live with this combination (Remus + PRL). I use my car every day with the valve closed or 25% open. There is more road and wind noise than exhaust noise.

I forgot to say that first you can hear the system with closed valve, than 25% open, 50% open and last 100% open valve.

Hello! You have to star the scooter, go to P18 and hold minus to erase the cards from the memory. When all the keys are erased you can star the scooter without the cards or phone...

@@Bobby-ue5sy then you have two options: 1. You go to a Vsett service so they start the scooter without the keys/tags and than you erase the key memory 2. You buy a new card reader with 3 new cards. It is a plug and play system so very easy to replace. It doesn't cost much.
@@Bobby-ue5sy you just need to start it again, and the screen will ask for the card, but you will press plus and minus and you will pres 17 times on the on/off button, after the 17th press you will press the minus buton for 1 second and you will turn off the scooter and start it again, you will see that it will not require the card again

@@beastrcrc3318 No! It is a brand new scooter. Now I erased the cards from the readers memory so I can use it without cars until I get a new reader.
@@lungulet It turns out that the tags themselves do not all work and are incorrect. then they need to be "registered" again through the 18th menu item. You can even register other NFC tags, but do it immediately at a time when registering.
@@beastrcrc3318 I did that but the behavior of the NFC reader didn't improved....like you see in the video. I tryed several times. Sometime it memorise all the tags an sometime only two of them. The one that is separated (in my hand) didn't work to re-register first tmes but later it did. I also tryed with my phone. I can save my phone as a key but is not working att all to start the scooter with it.
Hey, I started having this sound today and it’s much louder on mine? Do you still own the CTR, was it just the clutch line rattling on a plastic piece as you mentioned in a another comment? Any reply will be appreciated 😊
Hello! Yes, I still have it. It was the clutch line , no doubt but this car has other rattling sources. I havd a vibration in the dash board from the passenger side that commes at 2000rpm especially when cold outside. Others have vibrations coming from the central dash speaker or from the left A pillar. Even the drivers window can vibrate. Then there is the waste gate actuator but the soud coming from it is not loud...

Which mufflers did you delete? Did you also remove resonator?
The two on the sides. The third one in the middle is nerly flowing any gas. The resonators are in place. I would try with the second resonator.
No information about the fuel consumption here
You can see it in the video. As an exaple at 3:47 the fuel consuption is 9l/100km.

That's why it's better to avoid direct contact between the tubing and your neck skin. Perspiration and oil hardens and deteriorates plastic/rubber materials.

Decontaminate, Clay and reset. Machine compound and polish if needed. 2 x coats of Quartz UK and then 1 x coat of SIC is the ultimate if you have the time. Carpro is one of the best ceramic coatings in the world.

Why not just use the engine to power the bike up the ramp?
I tried two times but I had the feeling that i'm gonna burn the clutch. The trailer is high and I don't have experience. Then...this metod will help even if the motorcycle is not working.

The only reason its not sheeting off is because the bottom half is dirty from road grime and is sticking to the dirt...if you wash your whole car with a micro fiber mitt and then test that area it will sheet right off....mine always does this till I throughly wash the lower panels with carpro reset
