- Hi Friends. Today we are doing a 25 minute ballet inspired workout. We will be using 6 beautiful moves to sculpt your body with both toning + cardio exercises. This is FULL BODY workout. Low impact (no jumping). No equipment. This one will have you feeling beautiful and are dripping in sweat at the same time :)

As a former dancer I really miss ballet and have found that working out the traditional way (in the gym) just doesn't do it for me. I'm so glad I found you!

Me too. I like these because they make me feel elegantly beautiful and confident. HIIT workouts make me feel strong and powerful but I don't want that feeling all the time.

@@akhilabinu8438you can build muscle in a targeted area but you can’t lose fat in a specific area, it’s dependant on the individual and their genetics

@@ananyawable5728 sweetie, you will not lose much weight if you do only sport, any kind of it. But you will build your muscles. For loosing weight try calories deficit. This the best way to lose weight. And if you do both ones (sport and calories deficit) you will get the firm, tight body very soon😘

As a dancer some things that make the exercise way more effective is having the correct posture if you dont it won’t do anything

I am 63 years old and have done ballet inspired workouts since I was 15 , I am a size 4 and have muscle tone to rival a teenagers, I love this workout and it really works.

@@isabelmolina1692 I think for most moves the bar is just for balance. You can hold on to a wall, a chair, the back of a couch, really anything to help you balance in each pose

I love dance based workouts because they're the only kind that are really fun for me, but I haven't danced in several years. Wow, my body hurts after that!
I’m a volleyball player and I searched this up and I do not regret doing this except the fact that my legs are now rubber right now but oh well lol can’t WAIT to do this again... lol
A simple workout, but clearly effective. What was especially laudable is that you tried to connect to the many different levels of viewers watching this in that you recommended various scaling exercises for beginners. You're a natural teacher. Cool.

I used to love working out. Last time I had a real healthy habit of working out was 2016. I find ballet and ab ripperx p90x is my kind of thing. Thanks for sharing this! Total inspiration to make working out a habit again!
I'm doing fitness for a few years and for some reason I felt like doing dancing and ballet so CZcamsd ballet workout and I clicked on your video and it was tuffff but I loved it! This is day 2 for me with this workout. Never thought I would say this but ballet workout and dancing are now my favorite thing to do and I'm a fitness freak😭

Omg I love this so much!! Please do more no-impact workouts like this. I have stickler syndrome which severely affects my joints, and makes impact very painful. Unfortunately the beautiful floor exercise you teach also did my elbows and wrists in through sheer strain with having such weak joints, but I still loved it and I feel great! Thank you!! ❤️

Thanks Kel. I have ankylosing spondylitis and your workouts are great for me because they are low impact, focus on flexibility and ROM, and still very challenging.
I did this Saturday and I'm still feeling it in my hamstrings! I love your workouts as I'm a former dancer as well and my body feels most 'at home' in ballet positions. All of your workouts are so effective! Thank you for sharing, especially during the pandemic. 💕
I'm overweight, not at all close to obese though, and I just want to tone up my muscles so I can look nice, because strangely, I'm just naturally strong but it doesn't really show.

Thank you for this workout! So much fun! I did ballet for about 7 years as a child (but haven't done it for almost 20 years!) and this reminded me of why I loved it so much. Definitely will be trying more of your workouts!
Ooooh this is good for me to work my way back into the gym post meniscus surgery . I'll have to modify some but im so ready to get back to the gym
this was amaaaazing! i think i’m starting to get stronger because i was able to do all the moves on my first try all the way through and lasted the whole video with no breaks! especially that last move, i’m so surprised i was able to do it as well as i did!

I love your variance in motivational cueing and your quick (but very precise and specific) form cues that you throw in during the set. One of the things I struggle most with as a group fitness instructor is motivational cueing and being concise in cues, your video has given me some great, to the point cues that I can't wait to try in class!
