    Dude, awesome, thanks for the video! Always rad to see someone’s setup. Huge, huggggggeeee Scout fanatic here🤙
    Just in case it’s helpful: a few times I’ve noticed my Domestic pulling watts in the high 40s (47 to be exact), even though the compressor isn’t on, when the plug from the fridge to the goal zero isn’t fully pushed into the receptacle. Admittedly I haven’t taken the time to fact check the physics😂 but 100% of the time, I’ve pushed the plug in ~cm and the output has instantly dropped to sub 10 watts. n=probably 3; the plug doesn’t wiggle loose often but still curious if that could be happening here, and might be worth checking.

      Thank you! Gotcha I’ll have to keep that in mind and see if that makes a difference. We’re doing a new battery setup with a 300amp hour lithium iron phosphate battery from Sun Fun Kits. Do you also have an Olympic?

    How are you attaching the cabinets to the walls/floors?

    • @kateandjosh
      @kateandjosh  Před 3 měsíci +2

      We have them bolted through/sandwiched to the metal mounts that were made for the hanging bags. We don’t drill anything into the wall or ceiling.

    Hi.I saw you guys installed a diesel heater recently...Wich one you like the most between the Dickinson stove and the diesel heater ?

    • @kateandjosh
      @kateandjosh  Před 8 měsíci +2

      It’s hard to say, we like them both for different reasons. If we had to choose one I’d go with the diesel heater. The Dickinson is nice because it drawers less electrical power, uses the same fuel source as the stove (propane), is nice to look at. We like the diesel heater because it heats up the camper quickly, we can set the temperature, I can fill up the diesel tank by myself at the gas station, it’s a dryer heat.

      Not yet, this weekend we will be putting on Firestone airbags and a Hellwig rear sway bar. Then within a few months we are going to get new tires in E load rating.
