Fimco 65 gallon Boomless UTV Sprayer ~Review~

I'm Reviewing my Fimco 65gal UTV sprayer. I purchased this sprayer about 6 months ago from TSC and have used it numerous times. It takes up the majority of the bed in my 2020 Polaris ranger. This sprayer is a boomless model with 34' of coverage. This sprayer works awesome in tight areas and if the ground is a little soft. I forgot to mention in the video that it has a built in measuring up below the fill cap.

I have the same sprayer boom and boomless.

My 3 nozzle boom less boom won't spray out of all 3 sprayer ports at the same time. It will only spray out of two. None of the nozzles are plugged because it's random which two it will spray out of when you turn it on, but all 3 will spray chemical, just not all 3 at the same time. Any thoughts? We've tried a 2.4 and 4.5 gpm motor on it and had the same issue

That is very odd. my 1st thought was a plugged nozzle but you said they are clean and it is random. I would of tried a larger pump like you said but since that didn't fix it.
I would look at the hoses supplying the nozzles and make sure they all are clean and possibly not internally collapsing. No reason the 4.5 gpm pump wont supply 3 nozzles.

Does it agitate at all? And can the boom be lowered for a more downward direct into the ground spray? I need something for herbicide application.

Hey Cassi it has a recirc function but not a true agitation. The boom can be lowered a little more. It it's about 2.5' off the ground. I use it to spray Herbicides. That's its main function.

Pump straigh to baterry or power regulator?

It's got a fused harness with on off switch that goes to the battery. I have a recent video I published that I show it in more depth
