The government can only provide us with infrastructure and maintain it, however it is our responsibility to USE it well and be respectful towards the amenities. I hope the new MCRP stays clean and everyone follows traffic guidelines!

They should start by making the driving license exam difficult in which the candidate should be made to go through some rigorous training both theoretically and practically so that he or she knows every detail. Regarding the fines, every vehicle will eventually be tracked by the government. EV vehicles are a boon definitely but with them will come increased surveillance.
