Okay but when I resettled my island looked a lot bigger cause of all the terraforming I’ve been doing. IT SCARES ME CAUSE I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THIS
I think it’s because we are used to walking around our island so we think it is small. But since it’s our first time seeing others island or we don’t see it often we find it really big.

You don’t need it to be grand it could just be normal
Agreed, it doesnt have to be as "complicated" as this with things in every corner. Just work your way through it and make it however you like it. You can always add more stuff in the end, if you feel like its missing something. Also personally I think designing my island is the best part of the game and I wouldnt want to miss out.
The design is honestly the fun part. Don't give up! Start small and add on ideas as they come to you!

Wait whaaat 1700 hours I only got 475 hours and thought that is too much time lol but while seeing this tour, the time you spent was definitely worth it xd. Great job your terraforming is amazing!!
thank you!! Haha this is definitely like the fourth iteration of my island, so it took lots of hours of trial and error before I figured out the final form 😂

Lorien is my favorite island of yours, I saw you posting pictures in the Facebook group back when AC first came out and I've been creeping ever since :) It was the first DA I visited, and I took a lot of inspo from you for my first island. I have since restarted but like you, can't bring myself to get rid of it or tear it down but enjoy the freedom to design, so I've picked up a second switch for a new island also. :D it's cool seeing this old video tho and how far you've come! Keep it up!
