I've really enjoyed this series, but I just want to say, that just because something is from Europe and made from a male artist does not mean that they should be ignored. We need to remember that the world was at a very different place & time & I just did not agree with the idea that male artists should be ignored. But great series that I've enjoyed watching. Xx
I totally hear you, Zoe, and listening back, I really did word that poorly. For me, it wasn't about ignoring white male Eurocentric artists, but rather, to give some attention to artists that don't fit that mold and that others might not have had the chance to hear about. I'm sorry that the way I communicated that wasn't so clear.
