I think I need to rewatch it all again. For awhile now I've felt detached from my emotions and I've tried lots of different things to reconnect and nothing is working. (Interestingly I drew the 8 of Cups for my "weakness" card last new moon). I don't know I guess I'll keep journaling and trying different methods of getting unblocked and maybe I can uncork something this new moon.
.... also I'm laughing because immediately after sending that I thought "You know there's been a movie I've been avoiding watching because I know it will be triggering... maybe I should watch it now and see what it shakes loose!" So I went to Hulu and clicked play but first it showed an ad. And after the ad the screen just froze. I have never had that happen before watching Hulu where the video just was like NOPE. Guess it wasn't the right time yet 😂
Cancer is always more about protection than force. I’ve found often when we get detached from our feelings it’s because it hasn’t been safe to feel them. Or what comes after feeling them seems too hard or too dark. Be so so gentle with your beautiful self Rachel ❤️❤️❤️
