So, Seller rate of land will be increasing. Total land rate = govt value of land + seller's earning on land. So, Offcourse, land rate is going to be increased. Basically congress government wants to make more money to fulfill the freebies promised. Good for poor people. Bad for middle level people...( Who Re thinking/planning to buy land within (2-4 years)

The land prices will increase obviously again. The govt will get much revenue. The real estate people will be very happy. As usual the poor cannot afford to buy lands !
@@avinashch1823 since my childhood land price is increasing, and coming to affordability only the rich are getting benefitted from it ! Not the middle class or poor ones. Middle class and poor people are doctrined, taught to be away from debts ! But the rich are getting richer from middle class money via loans from banks !
My only suggestion is stretch your thoughts and buy some land ! Anywhere you want ! It will make you happy for sure, take loan and fight for it, but buy land !
