Hey there! I just wanted to share my experience with Metroun. I recently requested a video on a specific topic and the guys over at Metroun produced it for me. They totally rock!

I did mine on the Utilisation of 4th generation technology in construction. Also I learnt a lot about how technology is used and accepted in other industries compared to construction
Unfortunately construction has always historically been one of the last adopters of new technology. It looks like your dissertation proved that!

There's a lot of great resources online. Maybe try using AI tools to come up with possible research topics?
yeah I tried but getting an expert opinion is better, can you tell me doing a research with BIM and AR is good also can you give me an idea on that too please.@@Metroun
@@methsaraprabodha7535 BIM is always a good research topic as theres lots of sources for information. Although people may find topics such as AI more "interesting", the volume of data isn't as vast (in our field anyway).

Mine was why is modular construction not as popular as conventional construction methods

@@Metroun If I can be brutally honest… people think they know what modular construction is. They were wrong. Those that thought they knew thought it was very bad builds and leaked etc. i had a lot of people say that conventional has been around longer and still going stronger so must be better…
