The existing layout of the apartment was congested and the client felt that the space planning was not functional. Look at how Nu Infinity optimize the layout into turning the apartment into a functional and futuristic bachelor pad that also allows the client to show off his Star Wars toy collection.

I have a question regarding the kitchen- did the owner want to have such a small worktop space for food preparation and where the cooktop is? Is it hidden in a way?

I rather the owner knock through the two bath become one big family bathroom.A soak in hot Jacuzzi bath after a day of hard work does make a lot of different.
The guess can always use the clock room at the wet kitchen.I will also install a new door at the beginning of the corridor so not only it will create a separate space to the family bathroom,but also the bedroom can be more private from visitor.
I will also box up the cosy corner, knock down the wall at the master bedroom, move the existing wall further in by 1000mm, and make create a good size walk in closet. Every woman dream of owning her own walk in, overall make the little apartment feel more grand and stylish.
