  • Not only cheese spaetzle and Kneipp baths come from the beautiful Allgäu in Germany. The world's largest agricultural machinery has been produced in Marktoberdorf in Swabia since 1930. With 3,000 employees, the Fendt company is the German market leader in the manufacture of tractors, combine harvesters and harvesting machines. The WELT reporters follow the path of a “1000 Vario” tractor from construction to sale to the farmer and show how Bavarian high-tech makes life easier for farmers in this country and worldwide.

I lived in Germany for 8 years and i had the opportunity to see that "Beast" in action ! Fendt 1050 Vario is not just beautiful as you can see , it's also a magnificent tool with lots of power . No jokes here that monster is capable of pulling mountains down if needed ! I am 40 years old and so far i haven't seen a better tractor both in technology and practicality . Fendt and Stihl are the two companies you can totally rely on for quality products !!!!

The lush subsidies make farmers the biggest recipients of state financing in Germany and in the European Union, which doles out €59 billion each year. Much of this system dates back to the post-war era, when Europe wanted to secure domestic food supplies and guarantee farmers' income.Nov 5, 2018, this is why they can buy such, here in Au there are no subsidies, in Germany, no farm could generate 500000 Euros in years

WELT Documentary: You should maybe do your research before stating incorrect facts which are totally out of date. I Have a little John Deere 9620R with 620 horsepower and weighs 19 tonne check out the John Deere Canada site. Compared to the Worlds most powerful and largest Fendt tractor it is just a baby. By the way, when we seed or harvest here in Saskatchewan, Canada, we go 24 hours a day if we can, not only 11 hours. Have someone read, learn and look outside into the real world. Very well done video though.
