- Not only cheese spaetzle and Kneipp baths come from the beautiful Allgäu in Germany. The world's largest agricultural machinery has been produced in Marktoberdorf in Swabia since 1930. With 3,000 employees, the Fendt company is the German market leader in the manufacture of tractors, combine harvesters and harvesting machines. The WELT reporters follow the path of a “1000 Vario” tractor from construction to sale to the farmer and show how Bavarian high-tech makes life easier for farmers in this country and worldwide.

X XX say
The timing of this video recommended to me XD.
Can we all just take a second to appreciate the effort and time that went into the filming of this video. This probably took months to film and then edit together. There was so much great information in this video. Amazing content for free and very well put together. Thank you @WELT Documentary! Excellent work from everyone involved.
NO !
I agree, getting to see every process of how Fendt makes their tractors is amazing, a true work of art and quality!
I have a fendt 516 and a 720. Love them! Was in the factory too in 2018... amazing quality and design. Only the germans could make such quality!
You right about that
FENDTastic ❤️
Such amazing equipment, it makes farming fun!
The grandchildren of Tiger tanks engineers are now making 🚜 amazing.
Great job everybody that involved to that master piece keep up the good work
I lived in Germany for 8 years and i had the opportunity to see that "Beast" in action ! Fendt 1050 Vario is not just beautiful as you can see , it's also a magnificent tool with lots of power . No jokes here that monster is capable of pulling mountains down if needed ! I am 40 years old and so far i haven't seen a better tractor both in technology and practicality . Fendt and Stihl are the two companies you can totally rely on for quality products !!!!
You should check out mike mitchell's chanel. he compared a 1050 vario to a quadtrac and a 9rx and the fendt couldn't pull even close to the others.
@@spencergardner7277 Fendts are not built to pull tho. They are good in literally everyjob and perfect for transportation Jobs.
A Quadtrac or 9rx will not do so good in anything else than pulling machinery
We run a fender 1162 twin track and it pulls just as good as the 9620rx
Super Engineering. Alles vom feinsten.
Respekt für engineers and constructors .
Qualität um still zu werden.alles für die Ernährung der Menschheit.

Cuanta tecnología lleva un tractor 🚜 son más cómodos que un auto 👌🏻👌🏻
No dan ganas de bajarse de una máquina así ...
May fortune befall upon all these men, great documentary, i can gladly say i learned a thing or 2
Driving a Tractor is a COMPLETELY different experience... im in the states tho so driving in the EU is so much different id assume. the EU has tractor that go 45 MPH
@@tourmaline7.3 They can go up to 60 km/h. What is this 45 freedomperoil thing you're talking about?
Great vid👍
Very well made video
Lernt a lot!
Very nice !
Such a fresh and organic harvest
Nice tractors farmers fixing and keeping up on tractors cant believe it
One word for you guys AWESOME!!!! Hello from US North east Kansas Love to come to your country check out your cool toys!!!
Ohhhh, we got a lot of cool toys for big boys over here!
European guy here! Back in 2008, I`ve worked for a farmer in Kansas, some small place out of nowhere in the middle of the field, about 8 miles away from St. John...
32:47 That's what turtles sound like when they do it.
Ty for your Work. tvOS is great
Um sonho!quê máquina!
Excellent Craftsman
Wow, habe ich einem Digitalen Fenstern.....................! Vielen Dank für ihre Bemühungen gegeben haben
Beautiful tractor no dreaming the farm
Love this guy's documentary voice
This is what is smart build
Nice!!
Perfect
Excellent
Daha iyi bir direksiyon ve çamurluk içlerini güzelce kaplayıp yalıtarak daha iyi işçilik olur kabindede güzel bir ses sistemi hem iş hem iş iyi gider kolay gelsin.
German engineering, no surprise. Tiger tank for farmers, impressive.
id love to work at this factory
My favorite tractor in FS19
A the Fendt Good tractors the only time i get to drive the 1000 Vario is is farming Simulator 19 love it. There is a lot of Fendt tractors where i live i see them almost every day
Yep, the 1050 is the best tractor in the sim
Made in germany is the Best
Wow I have seen some in Action 3 Mowers on One Tractor
Fendt Very good
Fendt
Beste Marke😀
Well! That was a nice 47 minute FENDT commercial...
At 1.5 speed was shorter
It's pretty hard to make a documentary about any product without it sounding like a commercial. What did you expect?
Thx usa the y makes me watch this as 1000 years old technology EV will put those thit tech to the museum :D
Impressive
Fendt and claas are tonka toys. Ive got a mt740 challenger that is marketed as a fendt now, because caterpillar took the cat name off them. That poxy little 9.7L sisu is a joke for 415hp. Ill be buying case or versatile for my next one
Today I Learned - The opposite of OK is "NOK"? I'm going use that from now on!
The lush subsidies make farmers the biggest recipients of state financing in Germany and in the European Union, which doles out €59 billion each year. Much of this system dates back to the post-war era, when Europe wanted to secure domestic food supplies and guarantee farmers' income.Nov 5, 2018, this is why they can buy such, here in Au there are no subsidies, in Germany, no farm could generate 500000 Euros in years
Special operations of Ukraine agricultural division needs some of this.
I did't know things were still made in Germany!! Does China know???
👍💯👍💯👍💯👍💯👍💯👍💯👍!!!
18:47 the way he says silage 😂😂😂
Lmao! I caught that too what in the world
Seelaje. Lol
FRENCH IDIOT
The word silage has its origins in the french language and is exactly pronounced like this.
👍 we like ours with Michelin tires though
Trelleborg tires are better 🇸🇪
"Tractors are fitted with ultramodern technology, like GPS"
gps that calculates and steers through your field most efficient way
@@lilfella4 These ultramodern GPS's are also more accurate than the ones we use
It Big bud
Like if agree
It isn't silag, it is sIl-Age with I as in High and an A as in Age. It came about from the fact that it was stored in older days in a Silo. And a silo is a vertical structure.
Catterpillars, as in, tracks? If thats some reference to the company they make a lot more equipment with regular tires than steel or rubber tracks....js
had to laugh when at 34:00 approximately. the narrator started referring to the tracked tractor as a Caterpillar. UM, I do believe Cat owns that trade name.
1: the fan make more noise thant the engine when its active (configurable on time)
👏
The world's largest agricultural tractor is the Big Bud 747.
757?
Nice tractor
Die Menschen brauchen beiden Händen mit Maschinenbau Arbeiten......................!
,,, I'd say that there was at least One D&D Fan who Works at that Factory. ,,, ✨🙉🙈🙊✨✅✅✅
26:29 i started to look at the Claasbeast
ppp
3:23 before we met our first football pitch measurement
Yes, like every football pitch has the same size and are we talking fotball or soccer fields 😱
Is this about the tractor of farming...
I have One name to throw at this video John Deere!!! 🤠👉 🦌🚜
The silage cutter dosent use gas!
The question is; can Fendt make inroads into the US and Canadian dominance by Deere and CaseIH? It's going to take an accessible, knowledgeable, and reliable dealer network. Great products are of little value if dealer support is lacking.
Exactly. Thats why theres not many in here in australia. Besides a versi 620 delta trac or 640 quadtrac will pull these tonka toys backwards
I'm interviewing for a sales job tomorrow with a fendt dealer. And service is my main issue. I'll ask to ride with mechanic for a day a see how well they work.
Imagin bailing with that set up wow in my dreams i notice no open cab tractors any more its probly because all electronics
Also because Standard AC and noise reduction
Seelodge?
you see them on small German roads, crazy, German farms are tiny too
Best tractor brand in world 👍 👏🏻
Mehmet K. Massey Ferguson is very good too !!! :)
Omy god harka
I've been in so many big farms. 2000 hctrs average. Not even one of them could afford one of this tractors. They allways said: if one big fail all farm stops. Better many small tractors....and the old ones are easy and cheap to repair in the field.
Thats what all the "space ship" technology gets you.... artificial exclusion
2000ha? Thats a small farm here
We have like 9 of them and farm +4000 acres
They have to always keep on working and building new and better tech Agricultural Machines to increase the supply of yield in the world's food consumption economy and to attract customers as big as India🇮🇳,China🇨🇳, Australia 🇦🇺,Japan🇯🇵 ,South Africa🇿🇦 ,Canada🇨🇦,United States🇺🇲 and finally Israel🇮🇱.So that it would be highly capable for those countries to increase theri supply of Corn,Wheat and Maize to The world food supply🌍
日本から。やっぱアメリカの緑の巨人かっけえええええええええええ^-^
😀😀😀
I always wanted to test that in 41:00 - 42:52!!!
It is just inhaling that corn stalks
The Fendt is like a Tiger tank, only it's plowing a field :)
Traditional farmers will hate it. Just imagine the farmer experienced a defective sensor that went obsolete. Will OS settings need to be changed for new sensor model? God!! Off it goes to an expensive maintenance center. Tractors 30years ago can do the same job, perhaps with lesser efficiency, but certainly more affordable as everything can be DIY.
Farmers couldn't farm the acres they farm today with 30 year old tractors. Or they would.
farming sim in a nutshell
Silage, dear narrator, rhymes with mileage.
😆
Germans industry are the best quality over quantity
It's true that
i will say one of the best because there is japan too, and the US with Apple, microsoft, facebook, tesla.......
You better believe Massey Ferguson dealers ain’t gonna take good care of your machine like that. I want to live in Germany.
И как его ремонтировать ??? очень сложный !
Germans and when a floor is 1mm per m inclined: "The floor wasn't flat" 😁 I once had a german company complaining about a 3 mm difference over 12 meters on a concrete floor in order to place a climatic chamber. German engineering is still a thing. All german brands still have excellence in their name imho.
The commentary at 0:45 is incorrect. That Fendt tractor at 500 HP is not the most powerful in the world. CaseNH builds a Case STX Steiger that has a 682 HP engine.
For sure, but I believe they are referring to it as the largest conventional style tractor, whereas the Steiger is an articulated steering model.
He said standard tractor, that means rigid frame and steering front axle
At 16:42 the narrator is talking about that the driver has to watch out for obstacles. There is no way that the operator can see any obstacles unless it's taller than the corn.
They need to stop saying caterpiller. Thats a whole different company. They need to learn the term tracks
11 Hector is 28 Acres on these large machines 11 hr harvest time ?
maybe 1100 the meant
Did anyone else hear them say “most powerful tractor” I’m sorry, but for that, you’ll need to go to Case IH for that
Yes. This point is also wrong in the original german verison of that video. They forgot the term "standard" or "fixed-frame". The Case IH STX is a "articulated tractor".
It’s the most powerful unequal wheeled tractor. The most powerful tractor isn’t a Case it’s the Big Bud 747.
Note to the narrator: "silage" isn't a French word. It's pronounced si-lij.
🤣 made me laugh hearing that pronounced in a french style!
some people just have to pick things a part, nothing better to do
@Ty K just the cry babies.. that have nothing better to do, and ones that think they know it all from some farm simulator
@@arnoldromppai5395 "Apart" is one word.
@@lonestranger i always wondered that, many time i spell it apart, and other time i do a part, and someone takes a crake at it ether way.. and spell check red lines apart in this browser

In the 50s and early 60s there was never anything like this on our farm or any other dairy farm in our area .
Wow , no longer is the farmer a slave to the hard farm labor , instead the machine is now the farming slave !
Danny Gayler He farmer is still a slave, he has to work every day for a very small profit.
@@krisdieselv6 work every day for a very small profit.
only because most must have the biggest newest tractors and equipment going,, like what a 500k combin that is used maybe a month out of the year, sits parked the remaining 11 months, the farmer is still a slave but to the bank, not the farm
instead he is a slave to the banker.
Arnold Romppai Indeed. Still a slave. There is no choice.
John Deere 9620rx got more horsepower than 500.. It is rated for 620 hp.
Technicaly not a standard tractor. The case stegier also has more
The Fendt is the most powerful unequal wheeled tractor “standard”
This farming simulator mod look realistic af
41:40 its better whit manure it wheit loads and whit the good tools you can take 1 tons
10 sec later: yah thats what i mean just HARD farming
WELT Documentary: You should maybe do your research before stating incorrect facts which are totally out of date. I Have a little John Deere 9620R with 620 horsepower and weighs 19 tonne check out the John Deere Canada site. Compared to the Worlds most powerful and largest Fendt tractor it is just a baby. By the way, when we seed or harvest here in Saskatchewan, Canada, we go 24 hours a day if we can, not only 11 hours. Have someone read, learn and look outside into the real world. Very well done video though.
Lollllllll butt hurt
That's not manual, maybe new sort of art - dramatic tech))
Bloomberg says you just plant a seed and water it. Takes no grey matter. Pfff.
Are they really just shredding all that corn up for biodiesel
Caterpillar is another manufacturer of heavy equipment.
Not only is it not the moat powerful its not even close. Big bud has 1100hp amd is much bigger.
