Hi Badgalmja, before you get this done, get a few consultations from injection specialists to make sure it is the right treatment for you. Other factors like allergies could be causing dark circles.

I've even heard that not drinking enough water can cause this. I want to get this done but I am trying all the other things first to be sure I really need it just yet. Mine aren't very obvious but they do bother me.

Does touching the area (putting on/removing makeup etc) effect the outcome? Like should we stop touching that area all together or can we just touch and move the skin without the fillers being impacted?

I had Hifu a few months back which is quite painful. Made a slight improvement but nothing major. I had a consultation last week and have now made an appointment to have my eye troughs filled. Feel quite nervous but when yo see results like this that can last upto 9-12 months I feel excited and can’t wait to have it done. I’m having the cannula which I believe is safer?

Love how you combined the cheek filler to enhance the effect of the trough filler. Excellent results! I was just wondering if this is necessary or could you get a similar effect if you just do the eyes?
Hi Fay, it is really important to have optimal cheek restoration to support the orbital ridge. The upper cheek will lift up and allow the filler under the eyes to blend. It creates the perfect little shelf. For the cheeks, it’s just about filling in the holes and not augmenting them bigger. I show another really good example in my video called “Dermal Filler Under Eyes/Tear Trough” uploaded about a week ago.
I’m 17 and my under eye area is way darker and deeper than hers. whole life I’ve had deep, dark under eye cirlcles and everywhere I read about the fillers they’re all like “the fat leaves and the skin gets thinner as you get older”... my whole area is already purple and hollow. I need this, I wear, no joke, like three to five layers of makeup under my eyes everyday, and even when I hide *most* of the color, you can still clearly see the hollow line
Marinelife7 I have the same issue. Have had it all my life, it’s hereditary unfortunately. I have been told I look tired since I was 10 years old! I am 60 now and this area has thinned out and they are even darker now, it definitely is worse. I think you should investigate this procedure to see if you would benefit, I’m going to check it out myself. Better late than never!

Hi Keith, patients do get a little ice pack after treatment. I withhold little details like ice packs, numbing and skin prep because it would increase video length.

Hi Nona, a cosmetic surgeon doesn’t necessarily mean they are an injection specialists. If the dermal filler is casting a blueish hue then it was injected too superficial. There are a couple options for correction. Massaging the filler will speed up the breakdown. Or having it dissolved. I would highly recommend the first option..

I've had the under eye without the cheek and it turned out fine and very natural. If you look like you have a hot dog bun under your eyes they did it wrong.

YeS RNs are the best and most talented injectors out there. they really have a light touch and seem really talented doing injections since that’s all they do.... they don’t have to worry about operating or cutting or anything else like doctors do.

Amazing results!!! I have been considering this procedure but am a little nervous after a bad botox experience (too much in the forehead that left me with lowered brows and lids for quite sometime). What are potential risks/bad scenarios with this that are possible? I know with botox there is no antidote, just time. It sounds like with this there is some option if something goes wrong ie: not permanent? Thanks so much!!!
Hi Alison, with any procedure there are possible risks. With dermal fillers risks included but not limited to allergic reaction, vessel occlusion, delayed granuloma. To decrease risks, it is very important to have highly experienced specialists do your treatments. Under the eyes, I recommend someone with at least 10 years experience. Every injector specialist should be able to qualify their training and experience. Don’t be afraid to ask.

The illumination plays a very important role in the before picture.
Very much so.. post pics are taken a few weeks later and lighting isn’t exact.. In my last few videos I have been incorporating a 5-10 mini post results video. That way the audience can see the final results live. 😀

My doctor will not do this he told me it’s best I get surgery he also told me there is nothing they can do about bags only surgery thanks for the video

paula moralell I would listen to your dr. Filler has a place in cosmetic procedures, but after my one and only not great experience with filler, I would not recommend it for under the eyes. I had lower bleph 4 months ago and I could not be more happy with the results. I had mine done by a board certified oculoplastic surgeon.

What a great job, I wish you were in Australia. I had it done and a big ball lump appeared immediately as if the rn hit something it still is a bit puffy where the lump appeared three years later, maybe i can save up and see you one day , I have body dysmorphia and was so excited to get the eyes done but sadly it went wrong , had cheeks done and it was great but wish eyes were done just as good idont socialize at all anymore ,this gives me hope it can be done right 💜
Hi Gina, sorry to hear about your experience and struggles. Body and facial dysmorphia are common in a world of social media. Remember when you see something online it may not be real. Focus on being the best version of your beautiful and unique self. When you are getting dermal fillers, ask the level of experience of the injector.
