12V car voltage regulator modified to 6V

This 12V voltage regulator was faulty, so I decided to try convert it to 6V. Later it would be used in a classic old ford.
After replacing a few components the regulator cuts out the rotor magnetic field above 7,3V.
The light bulb indicates the rotor field status
