      Sometimes i think had we brought someone like him before wenger’s last 5 years, we’d probably be better off since he’d get rid of all the deadwood at the time. Wenger was too soft at the end of his time.

    Jose was jealous of Wenger cos he was qlway criticized for not playing "good football" and Arsenal was always a reference point. When he came in, Arsenal were invincible champions. The benchmark. He won the league and beat Arsenal many times but could never shake off that jealousy cos no matter how how well he did, Wenger's job at Arsenal was always more secure than his own. As good as he was, he always got fired when he failed to win cos his style of football is only tolerable if it comes with trophies. Otherwise you're gone.

      Arsenal being “reference point” already dead after no progress since 2008. The true reference point will always be Sir Alex, and he didn’t need to play beautiful football to win all those leagues.
      Jose could’ve easily stayed at Chelsea for more years if the owner wasn’t Roman Abramovich, unlike the Arsenal owners. And he wasn’t fired at Inter. In Real Madrid, good football or not good football, you’re out if you don’t have the results so it wasn’t about his style.

    You’re a great manager. But when you made the “Specialist in Failure’ dig at Wenger your stock as a human being went down.

    The Reason why majority of football fans sided with Barcelona during el clasico is because of this guy. Since he can't play football as good as them, he ordered RM players to kick Barca players in every fixture.
    He misquoted Pep to rile him in press conferences. When you become so desperate to win no matter what horrible thing you do, that's where you lost to your opponent.
    Psychologically, you already gave up on going against them head to head.

      @MetapodUsedHarden9 Před 3 měsíci

      Yeah with barca acting and crying for every foul with busquets Attempting for Oscar sure anyone would wanna kick them.. Refs favour barca and the game at Chelsea where they cheated their way through.. They were not angels.. Mourinho did what he needed to win and he stopped barca twice with his inter and Madrid
      P/s majority always with Real Madrid best in the world kings of Europe

    Hated this guy in my teens, thought he was arrogant, full of him self etc but now i'm in my 30s, he wss a character and as good as Wenger was, he was tactically nieve.

      Wenger managed for arsenal while Mourinho managed for himself...in long term we can see where arsenal is now compared to chelsea

    Never again will any manager go unbeaten at home for 8 years straight or become Champions League winners with the clubs he's won it with. Football genius - absolute champion 🏆
