    Who Am I?
I am a Management Consultant in real life but in my Bootlosophy channel, I make videos about boots and all things boot related. This channel posts reviews of boots, unboxing of new boots, and follow-up reviews, and in doing so, may explore the philosophy of the brands and makers as well as the collectors!
In this channel, I will give information found in my research about the brand, the construction, and the materials, but I will express my personal opinions about how I feel about the boots reviewed.
    Full Disclosure
If any video is sponsored (where I receive cash payment), I will declare it clearly in the video and in the description. Even if a video is sponsored, I will review the product openly and honestly giving you my personal opinion, warts and all, of the product. I will refuse any sponsorship deals where I am fettered in what I have to say.
I may be given products to review, which is different from receiving cash payment for reviewing an item. In these cases, I insist that the provider of the goods has no rights to what I say and may not review the video before I publish it. Again, my opinion will be honest and my own.
Some of the links I placed above are affiliate links. Buying from an affiliate link will not cost you any more, but I may receive a small payment from the platform of up to 6%.

As a matter of personal taste I cant stand the colour but as an overall shape and design I'd love a basic black or brown pair.

I have just about all RMW boots. Size 10 for me in these lasts and the 8 ,55, 2030 lasts all sz10 the Leo I need a 10E. Anyway the Rigger, Randwick, and Rickaby all fit the same. This Kingscote is a bit tighter because of the removable insoles. The other models are built on a leather insole. My favorite is the Rickaby because of the in house V bar sole same as the Gammon and Gardener sole. I think it's the best sole out there. I don't know if RMW formed my foot or the last was made for me.

That's cool. I bought a pair of seconds 2-3 years back. Probably a size too big hence it's only worn 2x & stayed in the shoebox since.

I love the look of the last for this. I may be wrong but the rigger appears to have a taller toe box which is just a bit too much like a combat boot for my taste.

nice boots, a couple of years back these were at the RM outlet stores for $150 AUD, they were there for a while, unfortunately I didn't grab a pair..... maybe next time!

In England some RM Williams are now a ridiculous £500 that's Trickers and Crockett and Jones, Cheaney territory price point. My cobbler stocks RM Williams and he said yesterday when I had lunch with him that since the recent hikes in RM Williams sales have tailed off dramatically

I haven't owned any RM Williams but based on reviews, the leather quality, construction and quality control seems comparable to a brand like Cheaney and the majority of their boots are flirting with the £500 mark. If they're made in Australia which has a high standard of living I'm not sure you can expect much cheaper.

@@UnknownUser-rb9pd I bought two pairs of RM Williams a few years ago, despite all the hype I was extremely disappointed, with both pairs, not particularly comfortable, noticeable discoloration after a few wears, and the leather soled pair, sole got a hole after about a dozen wears, not in the same league as English made boots, I own Trickers Henry x 3 pairs Burford Stow and Crockett and Jones, Cheaney country boots all vastly superior in every way than RM Williams which incidentally I sold on eBay. Never again.

@@richyclubsport5155 Okay, thank you. As mentioned I've no direct experience with RM Williams but do own a lot of Cheaney and a few Trickers and C&J and always thought RM looked nice on the reviews. I'm not someone who would wear Chelsea boots but was a little interested in some of their lace up boots though they're not easy to find in the UK.

Nice boot, but I dont like the way they crease and flex around the heal counter. Looks like its way to small for this boot
