- Stock engine and tune. Has stock cats with a Steeda H-Pipe. Took the mufflers off for the day to see how it sounded. Relatively easy first pull away. Then some harder pulling drive bys. I wasn't driving, so not sure on the RPM's.

That's the first time a full muffler delete has actually sounded good.
It was definitely fun. The deceleration was absolutely glorious.
I have a muffler delete rn, should I do this? It already kinda drones
Do you have a mid muffler delete or are your two rear mufflers deleted? Either way if you have drone now, expect it to go up. This video is with a h-pipe mid muffler delete, and the rear muffers are completely removed.
I have a resonator delete, h pipe and muffler delete on my 13 GT now and it drones like a bitch around 2K rpms. Im gonna have a catless X-pipe installed soon but I’m def gonna throw on a set of mufflers soon too. Maybe Borla S or SVE
I have a muffler delete and Pypes resonator delete H pipe on my 5.0. It’s loud as hell and if you’re worried about drone then just know it will get worse. Tbh drone doesn’t bother me. I love the sound of my setup. It sounds very deep, aggressive, and pissed off all the time.
How’s the cabin drone??
There is absolutely drone without the mufflers. Especially around 1600 to 1900 it will drone while cruising. It sounds so good on deceleration though. Its just that anything other than VERY light throttle makes so much noise that it's an attention grabber. On startup especially you will feel it vibrate the cabin.
@@chromaticgrey4360 Hey I have a black 2016 gt stock cats and a H pipe, I was thinking about doing a muffler delete? Any advice? Also its my daily driver.
@@kash7462 Sorry for the late reply. But basically what I said above is everything you should expect. Maybe try to do it in a way where you can easilly swap between not mufflers and having mufflers. I have borla touring mufflers that clamp on. It's an easy 10 minute switch out if your muffler delete can match the clamp point of your existing mufflers.
Did you end up doing it? I’m already on a muffler delete and was thinking H? Don’t want crazy drone
@@graesondo4833 I’m currently running h and muffler delete. The drone is crazy at first but you honestly get use to it pretty fast and it’s really when you’re flooring it on the highway. so it’s not that terribly bad. New passengers will complain about it once you reach around the 2krpm mark.
