This guy Oli needs to have a look at himself. Happy Spurs lost then slagging off Ange. He's turned the team from finishing 8th going backwards to what looks like finishing 5th, with a new manager, new style of play & no Kane. He's still trying to sort out the squad.
What the hell was he expecting in year 1?

I’m on Oli’s side that game meant absolutely nothing to us our season was over last month. I wish Ange had the same passion when we got smashed by Fulham and Newcastle. Our defence has been a disaster in the last 5 games and Ange didn’t say anything about it. 3 goals down in the first half at home against Arsenal.. I never see any passion from him.
Why would handing the title to Arsenal ever be acceptable especially when that last game meant nothing. Spurs fans have a bit of banter about it and Ange throws his toys out of the pram.
Ange going against the fans is not the right route to go down. He says he doesn’t understand why spurs fans didn’t want to win that last game well I’m more than happy to explain to him how important the NLD is and what it’s like growing up around it all.

Contacting from Portland, OR and I can tell you right now that Ange is fully frustrated with some of the management within the club and many of the supporters outside the club (like Oli) who were voting for Oil FC. If you're voting against Spurs just to spoil Arsenal's possible title is not thinking of the reality: No title-winning team is just thinking of outdoing their local rival. If Spurs really want to progress as a club, we want to WIN EVERY GAME. Besides, we may have done poorly in Champions League next season, but getting third brings us down into Europa anyway.
Thank you Ricky for seeing what is really happening in this scenario, and occasionally Craig and Chris. If you watch the game through Ange's eyes, you can see every comment he made has a direct target and they are fully aimed at people who have no life outside rivalries. Remember Ange is from Australia which is WAY BIGGER than England, so he can probably get beyond derbies easier as he sees the BIG picture, one that goes beyond the non-starter of finishing above Arsenal as a "victory.".

What could it have done for Spurs going into next season if they beat City when it mattered most to city?? A huge boost for next season. The fact Spurs were singing songs about Arsenal says everything about the Spurs fans and I fully understand why Ange did not go applaud them after the match. The boys played arguably one of the best games this season and the fans should have been pushing them on rather than concerning themselves about the title race. Wanting Spurs to lose is complete losers mentality. Should be worried about defeating Arsenal on the table not losing to make them lose. That's like trying to take down your rival at work by sabotaging your own work and ruining your own prospects just to spite the other person. What would you say about a person that did that as an individual? A loser.
To be clear, there is a BIG difference with a club taking the silver lining of a loss after the fact that denies your rivals victory (maybe) -AFTER the game - but to not WANT to win, to WANT to lose (or draw), to not cheer the team on is massive loser mentality.
How many leagues have Arsenal won in the PL era? Not that many overall! So are you HAPPY about Spurs failure? Maybe Arsenal's limited success is due to Spurs complete lack of success? Maybe you should have kept Conte or Mourino and just keep not winning anything as that might help stop Arsenal. It's weird because everyone seemed to be bothers by Spurs lack of success at the start of the season and always groan about sacking every manager after 5 minutes - yet why weren't you all taking solace in the fact Arsenal have only won a handful of times themselves?
Here's what actual winners think - let's become a club that wins, and beat Arsenal on the scoreboard of PL titles won, but be a bunch of losers who want to stop Arsenal winning it's absolutely embarrassing if anyone thinks they have bragging rights to laugh at Arsenal finishing 2nd and saying to them "ha ha you came second because we LOST". We lost a game and want to brag about it. Biggest losers on the planet that think that way and I guess that sums up why the club is where it is. Don't ever demand a coach is sacked or even Levy out - just sack yourself if that was you mentality.
By the way, Arsenal haven't finished second - they can still win. City or Everton will be the ones stopping them, just as Spurs winning tonight would not have handed them the title either. How big of a loser are you if you celebrated this loss and City slip up and Arsenal win anyway. I think I might die of shame just being loosely associated with any of these people.

Sell the club to someone who cares also about the team and the football side of it. NOT JUST about the £££££££££!!! Period. Ange is one of little and few good managers out there who has a winning mentality and a very much respectful man who speaks truth and sense. Yes he blips sometimes? However, not to the extent like others who causes damage to our club. Remember, Levy has hurt us supporters much more than any other. It was NOT about poor results going into the game. It was NOT about tactical switches or being calm in dealing with pressure. The principle is simple: if you call yourself a fan of the club, you don't want them to lose. Clearly, a lot of so-called "fans" on Tuesday showed they cared more about the other mob's title chances than they did about their own team winning a football game.
