UR Auto Ext. UR with profinet e-series and cb-series

#Tutorial As described in the video, universal robots has a short guide on how to connect to profinet network, but not how to start the UR program remotely.

In this video we will show how to start a UR program from a PLC or HMI. In the lab we have a UR3 CB-series (UR3) and a UR5 e-series (UR5e).
We have configured both robots to work with our PLC, but you can also simulate with TIA portal and PLC sim.
And as promised the link to the VNC installer.

What Siemens PLC’s can I use to communicate with UR robot? Does it need to be a 1500 or would any of the 1200’s suffice?
