the last one works for me: check if the site works using mobile hotspot and if it does, unplug the router, wait for a minute then plug it again. I also unplugged and plugged back in the adapters connected to the routers ... it works like magic. but I already wasted like 7hrs following all the suggestions on other videos by others before I found yours. so thank you so much!!

hi i have this problem on only one website (twitter) every other site works fine except it and im sure its not the twitter's problem, though none of these or other vids have the solution to it :( is it a network problem? do you know how i can fix it? thank you! (and the problem is only happening to one device, i tried it on other pcs in our household and it works perfectly. but for some reason any browser or chrome here on mine has this problem and specifically to twitter only)

I tried every option but nothing worked.
I also had mobile network and I tried mobile hotspot and it didnt work. I also had a dll problem and solved it, but nothing worked. Please help I need it to do my work.
Try Repairing Windows
Search cmd then run as admin and execute the following 3 commands one by one-
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Restart.
Once Done Trying Running System File Checker SFC Scan
sfc /scannow
Restart.
Windows Updates-
Install all the latest Updates and then Restart the PC.
