I was hired to assist in a LeWitt installation at the Toledo (Ohio USA) Museum of
Art in mid-90s. Awesome experience.
wow!
I have seen this exhibit in person. It is well worth your time. I call Sol Lewitt "the last great American artist". There has not been much of interest since his oeuvre emerged in the 1960s.
That music just might drive me insane
came to post this
I live in Boston and am a member of MassMOCA have seen these fantastic works many many times and each time Ineed to sit and catch my breath!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
one word. beautiful. but, hats off to the hard work!! excellent job!
Fabulous tribute - well done all.
Use a compass. You can make it with a simple wooden slat. Drive a nail at one end of the slat -- to act as shaft -- and make a small hole at the other end of the slat -- to pass a pencil or a pen. If you want to make an irregular curve you can use a 'French Curve' also.
Thanks for sharing, thats awsome
wow so much hard work was put into this, thank you!!

Music for Mallet Instruments Voices and Organ, Steve Reich
I enjoyed watching the video and observing many different techniques being used on a modern artist in Christ I'm always exploring and developing my own unique techniques I'm rather inventive I make my own art tools and make my own unique essence after all it's art that makes art

Oh my lord, the music hurts and is so repetitive. I kept hitting the forward arrow on my keyboard, hoping anyone would talk. aside from that, what they're doing looks fun to set up
