- In this video I'll be showing what parts you'll need to replace in your Navien tankless water heater to get rid of error codes E.012 and E.445.
This process is fairly simple, easy and fast. This fix requires very little tools and knowledge about plumbing. You'll need to purchase couple of parts on Amazon and that's it.
Part's you'll need for this repair:
Water Adjustment Valve (30008245A)

May God bless you.
Many thanks from Tennessee. I cleaned with wire brush. Finally hot water after 4 days.
Just wanted to let you know Paul that you are the MAN! My son had a pluming company to come out and look at his E.445 issue and charged him close to $400 after spending 1.5 hours trying to talk to Navien support. He then left and he got a quote from this company that said they could fix it for an additional $800. So, I just checked CZcams and came across your video and I said BAM, this is the video! Ordered the parts and in 20 min had it fixed! So appreciate you guys sharing your knowledge with us! God Bless You Brother!

Thank you so much you’re a blessing
Thanks brother! Be blessed
I replace the flame rod and I still got the error 12 code
It worked! Thanks!!
I have model number NPE-210S would it be the same piece for E445?
The water heater look identical
It most likely will be. But just do a little more research but I'm sure you'll be fine with the same parts
did you test it with the npe210s and did it work?
Paul do you have to turn the unit off until you get the part
No you don’t. You can keep it on, it’s not gonna hurt or damage anything
Really dirty ?
I missed that part of the video.
It couldn’t be polished with 800 grit wet/dry paper ? The replacement part looked no different than the part you removed. Very confused here Sir, and not questioning your expertise. Just confused is all.
