- The Polk County Sheriff's Office and partnering agencies worked together on an undercover investigation focusing on those who travel to have sex with minors and prostitution-related offenses and arrested a total of 39 suspects.
This Sheriff is amazing! I love his passion for helping and protecting children.

I was being babysitted by a poisonous double-using sting op named Darlene Dunham and she used and abused me using me and her kids to pose with a uniformed Multnomah county sheriff officer while he impersonated a neighbor of the Dunham family and it was Darlene Dunham, a relative of sheriffs, that was using a Multnomah county sheriffs camera to take those photo's and I was only six years old at the time!
I have forever since been a target and gang-stalked by the sheriffs and by their relatives the Dunham family!
By 1973 when I was eight years old me and my brother and my father were being gang-stalked by these sting op's along with many more sting op's they battered me and my brother at our schools and they caused my father to lose his job!
Then they began poisoning us off, they poisoned my father Don Wagar and he became severely debilitated and disabled as a result and they severely poisoned my older brother Harold who was a child at the time and the fucking fascist sheriffs and the police and the Dunham family had my poisoned brother locked up and committed for life without any trial or conviction or testimony what-so-fucking-ever!
In 1983 I turn eighteen and get a job at Oaks Amusement Park and discover my first week on the job that the whole park was already entrenched with sting op's that were embedded within the park and they were sabotaging the rides at the park!
It was open knowledge among employees in the park that the city of Portland was taking over Oaks Amusement Park and were under the impression they were sabotaging rides because the government wanted a justification to close down the park so the government can use the waterfront property for condo's!
In 1983 everyone working at Oaks Amusement Park were on guard for sabotage, and in 1984 the sting op general manager of the park Dick Connor's got rid of almost everyone wanting to be rid of all the experienced employees that were on guard for sabotage, but not before he had his sting op's on the maintenance team sabotage almost every ride on the midway before he got rid of them!
So at the start of the season of 1984 their were no longer any experienced people working at Oaks Park Dick CVonnor's hired all new people and he even got rid of Funtastic Shows which was based at Oaks Park!
Rides were dropping like flies at the park because they were sabotaged by sting op's and when it gets caught/detected the new sting op's Dick Connor installed in the park just down played it and acted like it was no big deal and covered up the sabotage!
They were in a fucking rush to have a huge disaster at the park so the government could justify closing down the park and they wanted that big huge disater before the city of Portland takes official control of the park!
In 1985 the city of Portland took official control of Oaks Park and tried to hide the fact from the public their running the park so they turned it into a non-profit organisation to hide the fact that local government is running it!
In the year 2000 my cheating poisonous wife Joan Wagar got a job at the fucking Multnomah county jail kitchen as a prep cook and she imediately began cheating on me with fucking pedophile badge carriers and with people connected to them and she became for all intents and purposes a civilian sting op for and on behalf of her new fuc k buddies in law enforcement and after she worked their for only one and a half months she and her side of the family joined in to a murder conspiracy with the sheriffs to get rid of me and my side of the family and once again the fucking poisonous double-using Dunham family was involved in it!
The same day the sheriffs told my wife to quit her job at county jail kitchen as a prep cook is the exact same day sheriffs launch their sting operation/murder conspiracy agaisnt me and my side of the family they get a ton of seventy two hour notices to evict the surrounding neighbors that surround my apartment as well as my father's apartment as well as my mother's trailer home and they brought in a double a look-a-like of me to target my parents and they brought in the Dunham family to target my children!
THEY THE SHERIFFS ALWAYS USE THEIR RELATIVES THE DUNHAM FAMILY TO TARGET CHILDREN IT'S WHAT THOSE PEDOPHILES SPECIALIZE IN AFTER ALL! And they became directing my wife and her side of the family to set the stage in my yard by turning it into a playground with toy-paraphernalia all over the yard in preparation for the staging the sheriffs planned to do with the double they used to impersonate me and they even recruited our oldest daughter into their murder conspiracy and were on a daily basis directing the actions/words/performances of our daughter for their illegal video surveillance cameras!
They staged a car explosion thirty feet from my apartment while they used a double on my property and then they had the double possing next to the exploded car as the fire department put out the fire, and after I kicked this blatant double off my property knowing the sheriffs and Dunham family and knowing my wife and her side of the family were in conspiracy to frame me I kicked this damn fucking double off my property!
TWO WEEKS LATER THE SHERIFFS USED THAT DOUBLE TO BATTER MY MOTHER AND THE FUCKING DICK SUCKING COPS COVERED UP MY MOTHER COMPLAINTS AND PROTECTED THIS DOUBLE FROM PROSECUTION AND THEN THREE WEEKS LATER MY WIFE JOAN WAGAR POISONED MY MOTHER AND ONCE AGAIN POLICE/SHERIFFS COVERED UP HER 911 CALL AGAIN AND AT THE SAME FUCKING TIME THE SHERIFFS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN POISONED MY FATHER!
Three days after my father warned me he was poisoned by people in law enforcement that were gang-stalking him he was dead and it was a fucking grinning smirking hin ting sheriff detective that came to my door to tell me he died and he hinted their responsible for my father's death by admitting he removed the poison from my fathers apartment!
For the next five days in a row I received repeated threats and demands from the sting op's that gang-stalked and murdered my father, and the whole time my own apartment is already surrounded by my wife's fuck buddies in law enforcement during all this so their not even trying hard any more to hide their murder conspiracy!
I did not knuckle under to their demands so my wife Joan Wagar and her fuck buddies the pedophile double-using poisonous sheriffs made it known to me they got the Dunham's targeting my children!
So their not trying to hide the fact it's a murder conspiracy and not hiding the fact they are blackmailing me with threats after they murdered a family member!

Sheriffs and their sting op's will take over entire corporations/company's covertly in order to acquire them for their own ends, they took over Oaks Amusement Park because the city government wanted the waterfront property the park sits on for condo's so the sting op's embedded themselves into management and then they took over the entire maintenance team and the lead ride foreman positions in the park and they began sabotaging rides left and right wanting a huge disaster because a huge disaster would give the local government their justification in shutting down the park!
The sabotage they committed became discovered by normal employees at the park in early 1983 and everyone working at the park became aware sabotage was taking place at the park and everyone was under the impression it was sting op's that were sabotaging the park!

How many of theses have done this to a child it's not there first time how many of them have been in jail and prison and let out to do it again
From what I've read and have heard these molesters are never able to stop most get caught again after spending time in jail for the same act. But they get better at it after jail time. Harder to catch.

Sheriffs are liars! Sheriffs are double-users! Sheriffs are poisoners! Sheriffs are gang-stalkers! Sheriffs have used children for decades to pose with photo doubles to frame people as bad guys! Sheriffs poison off anyone that is a witness against them and use their powers of coercion at hospitals to cover up the poisonings and to deny their victim help at said hospital!
I was being babysitted by a poisonous double-using sting op named Darlene Dunham and she used and abused me using me and her kids to pose with a uniformed Multnomah county sheriff officer while he impersonated a neighbor of the Dunham family and it was Darlene Dunham, a relative of sheriffs, that was using a Multnomah county sheriffs camera to take those photo's and I was only six years old at the time!
I have forever since been a target and gang-stalked by the sheriffs and by their relatives the Dunham family!
By 1973 when I was eight years old me and my brother and my father were being gang-stalked by these sting op's along with many more sting op's they battered me and my brother at our schools and they caused my father to lose his job!
Then they began poisoning us off, they poisoned my father Don Wagar and he became severely debilitated and disabled as a result and they severely poisoned my older brother Harold who was a child at the time and the fucking fascist sheriffs and the police and the Dunham family had my poisoned brother locked up and committed for life without any trial or conviction or testimony what-so-fucking-ever!
In 1983 I turn eighteen and get a job at Oaks Amusement Park and discover my first week on the job that the whole park was already entrenched with sting op's that were embedded within the park and they were sabotaging the rides at the park!
It was open knowledge among employees in the park that the city of Portland was taking over Oaks Amusement Park and were under the impression they were sabotaging rides because the government wanted a justification to close down the park so the government can use the waterfront property for condo's!
In 1983 everyone working at Oaks Amusement Park were on guard for sabotage, and in 1984 the sting op general manager of the park Dick Connor's got rid of almost everyone wanting to be rid of all the experienced employees that were on guard for sabotage, but not before he had his sting op's on the maintenance team sabotage almost every ride on the midway before he got rid of them!
So at the start of the season of 1984 their were no longer any experienced people working at Oaks Park Dick CVonnor's hired all new people and he even got rid of Funtastic Shows which was based at Oaks Park!
Rides were dropping like flies at the park because they were sabotaged by sting op's and when it gets caught/detected the new sting op's Dick Connor installed in the park just down played it and acted like it was no big deal and covered up the sabotage!
They were in a fucking rush to have a huge disaster at the park so the government could justify closing down the park and they wanted that big huge disater before the city of Portland takes official control of the park!
In 1985 the city of Portland took official control of Oaks Park and tried to hide the fact from the public their running the park so they turned it into a non-profit organisation to hide the fact that local government is running it!
In the year 2000 my cheating poisonous wife Joan Wagar got a job at the fucking Multnomah county jail kitchen as a prep cook and she imediately began cheating on me with fucking pedophile badge carriers and with people connected to them and she became for all intents and purposes a civilian sting op for and on behalf of her new fuc k buddies in law enforcement and after she worked their for only one and a half months she and her side of the family joined in to a murder conspiracy with the sheriffs to get rid of me and my side of the family and once again the fucking poisonous double-using Dunham family was involved in it!
The same day the sheriffs told my wife to quit her job at county jail kitchen as a prep cook is the exact same day sheriffs launch their sting operation/murder conspiracy agaisnt me and my side of the family they get a ton of seventy two hour notices to evict the surrounding neighbors that surround my apartment as well as my father's apartment as well as my mother's trailer home and they brought in a double a look-a-like of me to target my parents and they brought in the Dunham family to target my children!
THEY THE SHERIFFS ALWAYS USE THEIR RELATIVES THE DUNHAM FAMILY TO TARGET CHILDREN IT'S WHAT THOSE PEDOPHILES SPECIALIZE IN AFTER ALL! And they became directing my wife and her side of the family to set the stage in my yard by turning it into a playground with toy-paraphernalia all over the yard in preparation for the staging the sheriffs planned to do with the double they used to impersonate me and they even recruited our oldest daughter into their murder conspiracy and were on a daily basis directing the actions/words/performances of our daughter for their illegal video surveillance cameras!
They staged a car explosion thirty feet from my apartment while they used a double on my property and then they had the double possing next to the exploded car as the fire department put out the fire, and after I kicked this blatant double off my property knowing the sheriffs and Dunham family and knowing my wife and her side of the family were in conspiracy to frame me I kicked this damn fucking double off my property!
TWO WEEKS LATER THE SHERIFFS USED THAT DOUBLE TO BATTER MY MOTHER AND THE FUCKING DICK SUCKING COPS COVERED UP MY MOTHER COMPLAINTS AND PROTECTED THIS DOUBLE FROM PROSECUTION AND THEN THREE WEEKS LATER MY WIFE JOAN WAGAR POISONED MY MOTHER AND ONCE AGAIN POLICE/SHERIFFS COVERED UP HER 911 CALL AGAIN AND AT THE SAME FUCKING TIME THE SHERIFFS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN POISONED MY FATHER!
Three days after my father warned me he was poisoned by people in law enforcement that were gang-stalking him he was dead and it was a fucking grinning smirking hin ting sheriff detective that came to my door to tell me he died and he hinted their responsible for my father's death by admitting he removed the poison from my fathers apartment!
For the next five days in a row I received repeated threats and demands from the sting op's that gang-stalked and murdered my father, and the whole time my own apartment is already surrounded by my wife's fuck buddies in law enforcement during all this so their not even trying hard any more to hide their murder conspiracy!
I did not knuckle under to their demands so my wife Joan Wagar and her fuck buddies the pedophile double-using poisonous sheriffs made it known to me they got the Dunham's targeting my children!
So their not trying to hide the fact it's a murder conspiracy and not hiding the fact they are blackmailing me with threats after they murdered a family member!

Back in the 2000+ My family bought a new house in a new subdivision in Elgin, SC. We walked the one road in & out of the subdivision and spoke to neighbors on several occasions to get a feel on the neighborhood and what type of people lived in the community. Things appeared to be great even had a couple of law enforcement live in the SD. There were about 3 houses left to sell other than the one I had a contract on. We felt really good about our decision we made to buy in the SD. "Of course nothing is ever promised to be perfect". Six months after moving into our new home one of the other three homes that was available sold and lucky us it was next door to our home. About three months later working in our yard the guy that moved in decided to come over and introduce himself to us. Up until that time he had been very quiet and to himself. He came over and introduced himself and said he saw we have two daughters as he and his wife and suggested we introduce our children. Our daughters weren't at home at the time but we said sure that would be nice. Now listen to this... did I tell you I got this motherly instinct & told my husband I didn't get a good vibe about him, something was wrong. His wife was beautiful and extremely nice. My husband said to me but didn't you here him say he's the new Pastor of the church down the road from us. I said yes, but I had a gut feeling. He invited us to his church and said our girls could join the sleep overs at the church they had at least one every other month. The things he was telling us about the church and the gatherings they had sounded like he was singling in more on one type. My husband said I was reading into his words and actions to much. We told him we may taken him up on his offer and attend his church one Sunday, but we did belong to a church !nd had been there for 15 years. *** Don't you know six months down the road there was police officers, FBI everything at his house. Not only did they find pictures of kids from the church on the church computer and videos because he made peep holes in the walls where the girls showered and the boys showered and the restrooms to record the kids. They found a lot of porn on computer at the church and at his home and not just of this church but innocent other children all over. It makes you wonder where he came from and why. My gut feeling was right and I'm glad our daughters never played together and we didn't attend that church. "We as a community came together and helped his wife and kids pack so they could move back home with her parents in Charleston, SC because it was all news to her as well. We as a Christians Community assured her that we did not blame her or her kids and she wasn't at fault because she was very embarrassed and emotional as well and she had to tell her kids 7 & 8 that daddy wouldn't be moving with them." We felt for the children and the wife for what he had put them thru. Last we heard she and the kids were getting counseling and trying to put the horrible nightmare behind them and go on with their lives the best that they could. P.S. there was no finding in the investigations that he had ever touched his girls. AMEN

Sheriff Grady runs his department the way EVERY Sheriff/Police Chief should run theirs. He understands that knowledge is power…keep the public informed with as much information as you can risk sharing…it builds trust. Grady doesn’t try to hide info, he works WITH the public and that’s why we love and respect him. That’s why we respect the whole agency…every other sheriff/police chief needs to get with the program and do the same.
