Dangerous illegal passing 5/14/24

We've been stuck behind a car driving well below the speed limit for a few miles but it doesn't excuse this behavior by the black car. Totally uncalled for dangerous illegal passing at an intersection. The passing zone was coming up shortly as you will see in the front view. I removed the sound due to my cursing and added text instead.134E Newton, AL
