The Pietra pants is a fantastic pattern and the pockets are wonderful. Very easy to sew and fit. I’ve made 4 pairs (2 wide leg and 2 straight leg) so far and planning another one. Don’t let the unusual pockets throw you off. They are the easiest pockets you’ll ever make and are very flattering. I sewed size 16 & they look great on all sizes.

Wonderful video! I struggled through making the shorts version, by myself, just before this video came out! Poor timing on my part. There are very few other Pietra Pant videos available, and none that just got on with it like this one does. I'll make the full pant this time, with your wonderful guidance to fill in the parts that were more difficult for me the first time. Thank you again for doing a tutorial, even though the pattern has been available for a while. They are so beautiful and flattering and should be tried by many!

Not sure if it is your mike, but the video did not have very good sound. Izzy's voice was very soft sounding and difficult to hear unless I was right at the computer. Thank you for the demo.

This is a great video - thank you. However, it would help enormously if your videos could use fabric with an identifiable right side/ wrong side. Sometimes it's difficult to see exactly which side you're working on. In other videos, the poster has marked the wrong side in chalk, where it isn't obvious. I appreciate it may not be the fabric you want to make the garment in - or the fabric Minerva want to sell - but if the object is education, please make it as easy as possible!

Very nice but not for $32.57 US no way what I pay that. I don’t care how nice the pants are.
