Depends on who your banking institution is and if you're on SSI SSDI disability etc and the third one is different than the first two so with the first two if you owe child support the IRS government institutions whether it's state or federal they could take it as to where the third one will go to where your 2019 taxes were direct deposited to or whether you opted to get paper check and what institution Bank you have they could hold it for x amount of time etc yeah there's a lot of factors

If you owe IRS Tax Liabilities, Child Support, or State Debt, this 3rd Stimmy is protected from it. Now if you owe Debts from Private Sectors like Credit Cards etc and is in judgment, those are the ones that are not protected

Real pain in the ass for people with marital issues! My 2020 taxes were filed early, but they still sent the third stimulus to a closed joint account first, not from the updated information at all. So, it Got sent back and sent out in a check 3/26.. YET, it's not on it's way to my house. Nay nay. I have custody of 4 kids and legally have a restraining order in place AND the IRS is sending the entire check amount for myself, husband, and my 4 kids, but it is all going to my sister in law's address because of when he filed his an address change with the post office after he got out of jail. Obviously. This is irritating and ridiculous. So just saying this as a disclaimer, they don't just use your tax information for this. If they did my check would be coming to my house. It has both mine and his name on it. But, I'm sure some people with similar situations are really getting screwed over.

Yes they will base your stimulus off of your 2019 taxes but if you would like to get a faster you can claim your 2020 taxes also they went out in specific rounds and they had a backtrack for direct deposit again and people that were missing dependents etc will also hopefully receive those the 24th but yes you will still receive a stimulus and if you had received the first two stimuluses to a specific account or emerald card through HR block depending on what you did or direct deposit and also depends on if you're an ssi and SSDI also if you owe a third party creditor that's garnishing your wages that has been to the court process and garnishing whatever checks you have you will have them taken from you but if you will child support IRS back taxes unemployment back pay federal state anything like that it is protected

Did you have an EIC that you filed on did you have child tax credits did you ask for a rebate because you can get the other stimulus?

Tell you what best way to check call your bank and they should have it in there system but not showing yet. Also did you have your last tax deposit by check or deposit? If by check then mailed, if direct deposit then going to the same bank.
