I've had same direct deposit bank account for SSDI for 13 yrs & they took till June to get my 1st stimulus. Came immediately for the 2and & this time they just couldn't handle it. I'm guessing that 1 or a small handful of people did this delay to SS etc on purpose .

They managed to withdraw the $9 I owed them within hours of filing my taxes because of being unemployed for most of 2020 and them taxing the unemployment at that time.

Actually the first and second stimulus payments went out without a glitch even though some ppl still haven't received the first payments and it took 9 months of arguing and finger pointing just to come up with a $600 payment.
This is crap...Im SSDI and the IRS already has my direct deposit info because they have already sent me the first 2 stimulus with no problems..........They have no need to be waiting on Social Security for anything..

I started working when I was 15 years old and 20 years ago I got disabled and I collect SSDI and they say I was not impacted by this epidemic oh yes I was the money that I had to pay out-of-pocket for people to go to the market and to do other things for me because I am elderly and also I have more then 2 preconditions and the doctor's visit changed into virtual got me more worried about leaving my apartment and yes I am in debt now. I could use a life line. What's funny and ridiculous is that I paid taxes I worked my butt off years ago, just not right ☹

I am tired of people talking about this, asking me questions about this, even I have been affected by this, but I'd just say, it's time to be thankful for how far we've come in our lives and the little we have, I was raised in a praying family, I see opportunities where one wont, I can only see through my own eyes.

I did too. I never had to go to the website at all. I had it sent to my bank just like my SSDI direct deposit?. I assume my info is already on file what do they need from SSA that IRS should already have! Something seems wrong.

I receive Social Security disability benefits as well and even i haven't gotten my current stimulus check yet. Even though I received all the other stimulus checks. Just saying. Not angry at your comment.... I'm just extremely frustrated with the I.R.S. for taking so long to just simply send me my share of the stimulus check I'm definitely eligible to receive. Especially when I get direct deposit which is done digitally with a computer and does not take long to send me the stimulus check or my social security income each month too.

@diana diaz SSA has to send everyone's info to the irs to verify information on people and then it goes to Treasury to be sent too you. The IRS can't do anything without it, SSA was found to have not sent all the data too the IRS only about half that's why it's being held up for thousands of people.

I am 53 years old, I am disabled. My car is broken down, I have 29 cents in my bank account and NO cash nor will I be borrowing any. It will come. If it doesn't I'll get my usual check on the 2nd of April. with which I will pay rent, utilities, phone and internet. It will be okay. Do I like it? no. Are there worse things? YES. I'm fortunate to have a home, my rent is paid for this month anyway. I have clothes to wear, food in the kitchen, heat and utilities. I'm not in some back alley freezing under a cardboard box, I'm not living in an abandoned car nor under a bridge. God is good. I have NO debt, I'm NOT living above my means, nor am I wasting money on things such as a cell phone, car payments, cable or dish. There are worse things, it will be okay. Is it going to do me ANY good whatsoever to go crazy over "when is it gonna come!"? No, It will get here when it gets here whether I like it or not, so be it. In the meantime I'm grateful for what I have, and grateful I'm able to walk, with a walker, until I can have my car fixed. I have no one here, it's just me, and it's okay.

I'm in a very similar situation. It sucks but it could be a lot worse. I'd like to get the covid vax but have run into multiple problems in Ft. Worth. I've been eligible for quite awhile but keep running into a frustrating wall. Oh well.

Still haven't received my 3rd direct deposit for the stimulus. The other 2 came easily so I can't comprehend why this is happening. I really thought it would be in the account I've been using for years, but no such luck. I'm frustrated because I'm moving at the end of the month and this money is desperately needed for the down payment. It’s kind of annoying at this point to know that people who are working and making an income have gotten their but yet some of us who are not working are still waiting for this.. December 31st 🤣🤣🤣😭. Just don’t even give it to me anymore.
I just have to vent, don’t mind me, I know I’m not the only one but I’m still waiting on my 600$, 1,400$, and my tax return I filed over a month ago. Right now I’m owed roughly 3,000$ by the irs. I tried to call to see what’s going on and all I get is a “that sucks, just keep waiting” but what I find Bull shit is that I know damn well and so does everyone else that if anyone owed the Irs 3,000$ they’d damn sure be quick to take that money. Telling the irs “that sucks, keep waiting” when you owe won’t fly but when they have to give you money it’s a whole new story. I looked online and found that if you don’t receive tax money owed to you within a 6 month frame that you can actually take the Irs to court. I hope someone from the irs is reading this now because you got about 4 and a half months left and I’ll be seeing your asses there.

Ridiculous. First and second stimulus checks were direct deposit. Even the Get My Payment tool said eligible for payment and showed direct deposit with my bank account. Not on SSI, not retired, no stimulus yet.
I still haven't received my stimulus and I filed my tax return for 2020 and I know I'm eligible because I don't make nowhere near 75,000 a yr. I'm still getting payment status unavailable it's so frustrating watching everyone else get there's. 😪😪

Hey guys I was in the same situation. I had got Direct deposit my 1st two checks and now they mailing the 3rd. Mines actually came the Day after the date it said on the GET MY PAYMENT tool on the IRS page. Hope this helps

It's April 6, I'm on social security. I got nothing! My husband died 12 years ago, so he has no debts. There is no excuse!
I started working when I was 15 years old and 20 years ago I got disabled and I collect SSDI and they say I was not impacted by this epidemic oh yes I was the money that I had to pay out-of-pocket for people to go to the market and to do other things for me because I am elderly and also I have more then 2 preconditions and the doctor's visit changed into virtual got me more worried about leaving my apartment and yes I am in debt now. I could use a life line. What's funny and ridiculous is that I paid taxes I worked my butt off years ago, just not right ☹

Not angry at your comment.... I'm just extremely frustrated with the I.R.S. for taking so long to just simply send me my share of the stimulus check I'm definitely eligible to receive. I am 53 years old, I am disabled. My car is broken down, I have 29 cents in my bank account and NO cash nor will I be borrowing any.
It will come. If it doesn't I'll get my usual check on the 2nd of April. with which I will pay rent, utilities, phone and internet. It will be okay.
Do I like it? no. Are there worse things? YES.
I'm fortunate to have a home, my rent is paid for this month anyway. I have clothes to wear, food in the kitchen, heat and utilities. I'm not in some back alley freezing under a cardboard box, I'm not living in an abandoned car nor under a bridge. God is good.
I have NO debt, I'm NOT living above my means, nor am I wasting money on things such as a cell phone, car payments, cable or dish.
There are worse things, it will be okay. Is it going to do me ANY good whatsoever to go crazy over "when is it gonna come!"? No, It will get here when it gets here whether I like it or not, so be it. In the meantime I'm grateful for what I have, and grateful I'm able to walk, with a walker, until I can have my car fixed. I have no one here, it's just me, and it's okay.

Still haven't received my 3rd direct deposit for the stimulus. The other 2 came easily so I can't comprehend why this is happening. I really thought it would be in the account I've been using for years, but no such luck. Ssi $794 an arrearage child support $155 with $750 rent, lights, insurance, loan at $125, internet was already stifling enough pre covid. Now everything has gone up so high its ridiculous. My fault no savings but did the best I could with limited funds. This has hit everyone financially but don't knock me for trying to do the best I could to make ends meet

I just have to vent, don’t mind me, I know I’m not the only one but I’m still waiting on my 600$, 1,400$, and my tax return I filed over a month ago. Right now I’m owed roughly 3,000$ by the irs. I tried to call to see what’s going on and all I get is a “that sucks, just keep waiting” but what I find Bull shit is that I know damn well and so does everyone else that if anyone owed the Irs 3,000$ they’d damn sure be quick to take that money. Telling the irs “that sucks, keep waiting” when you owe won’t fly but when they have to give you money it’s a whole new story. I looked online and found that if you don’t receive tax money owed to you within a 6 month frame that you can actually take the Irs to court. I hope someone from the irs is reading this now because you got about 4 and a half months left and I’ll be seeing your asses there.

Ridiculous. First and second stimulus checks were direct deposit. Even the Get My Payment tool said eligible for payment and showed direct deposit with my bank account. Not on SSI, not retired, no stimulus yet.

If you didn't receive the 2md stimulus you will need to file a recovery rebate credit.

Hey guys I was in the same situation. I had got Direct deposit my 1st two checks and now they mailing the 3rd. Mines actually came the Day after the date it said on the GET MY PAYMENT tool on the IRS page. Hope this helps
