Today we have a look at the new LEGO NASA Artemis Space Launch System (10341) and the Art Milky Way (31212)! Both of these sets come out on May 15th. The Artemis has 3601 pieces and retails for $260 USD. The Milky Way has 3091 pieces and retails for $200 USD. I think they both make great additions to the LEGO Space lineup!

I personally love the Milky Way art set. The use of different parts draws my attention to it. Plus, I love the colors.
They use a lot of random pieces for details like that. The ucs tie interceptor uses a shovel piece and a game controller piece. The x-wing uses a flipper fin
The Milky way artwork would look cool as a backdrop to any space set
@Bricksie I would display The Eiffeltower on a table behind your couch.....to put some height in the middel of the space upstairs
I'm liking the milky way set. It looks challenging to build but I like the different elements and colors.

Honestly the Artemis should’ve been the same scale as the Saturn V, as Apollo & Artemis were siblings.

I agree with you on leaving it as a display and if or when the time come you can change it out. Or just an idea, possibly make it a seasonal/holiday display area. Whatever it's is you do with the area I'm sure it'll be great! The new studio is looking amazing and I'm so happy to see you buttoning up all the loose ends. Keep up all that hard work man!
I so desperately want to get the Artemis set, I find anything to do with Space and launches just so fascinating and even put all our names down to be sent in to space when the first Artemis related launch happened, and the Milky Way set? I have NEVER liked any of the Lego artworks BUT boy oh BOY do I want the Milky Way! It just looks SO pretty AND the way they've used random pieces to construct it is VERY cool! So great to see you being sent the big sets again! YAY!! And the new studio looks amazing, my husband and I plan to sit down and catch up on your last few videos hopefully this weekend!
I absolutely love the new sets and best of all they come out on my birthday, I will for sure be picking them up that day. Your studio is beautiful and I am so very jealous I hope to be able to see it one day in person :) The back drop you used was perfect for this video. Keep up the great videos. The space builds might look good displayed in a way you could put light up stars behind them, but I’m not sure how… lol.
Personally I think the space sets where they are look the best, if there all on tht one platform then I feel like they would get congested together. Another idea is to maybe build a moc of a cloud city landing pad for the UCS Millennium Falcon. Hope this could be helpful!!

I'm looking forward to getting both of these sets. The Milky Way Galaxy set looks really cool from a distance. So if you decide to get it, it will look pretty sweet in the background. I do hope the Artemis platform build is broken up to not be super repetitive. Not a fan of all the stickers on it though.

I had decided not to get it because I already have a large 3D-printed replica of the SLS but you just convinced me otherwise. Nice review!
I just have to find a space to put it. It won't fit in my Billy bookshelves with the Apollo LEM, the ISS, the Space Shuttle, the astronaut, etc. I just realized that I have as many space Lego sets as you do. It's going to be like the Saturn V. It's going to require some creativity to display.
the milky way would look good hung above your coffee maker and then would combine with your space display idea over the utility room

@@TvojaMAMA77he went on a Lego factory tour and in his video, you could see a print of an unreleased set. I actually didn’t even notice until he posted a video explaining what happened. Totally accidental.

Yesterday when I read about the Artemis set being leaked, my first thought was: That would be a great set for Adam Savage. I can't wait for him to get his hands on one and make another video or livestream of him building this set.
They both look great, + a great choice for the Milky Way set to be given depth than just a flat plane of studs, after all the Milky Way itself has depth.

The Artemis set looks nice; I'm glad they included a launch tower. Though I think I'd have preferred if they'd gone forward with one of the Falcon Heavy sets that have been put forward by various fan designers.

After seeing the leak of the Artemis SLS on Reddit , I have been waiting patently to see more of it. I can’t wait to see your review!!!
Space Sets on top with a Moon/Mars baseplate setting diorama would be amazing for a lot of the space sets. And then down in the city by the beat put the new artemis on a launch pad read to go visit.
You can add all these space models in the form of a space exhibition in the open environment (outside), inside the Lego city. Similar to a zoo or dinosaur museum. In addition, you can build a similar exhibition for all kinds of trains in another corner of the city so that the lego people can get to know all kinds of ships and space crafts and all kinds of trains. The train exhibition should be in the vicinity of the main train terminal of the city, and on the other hand, the train track should pass by the other exhibitions and have a station near them.

Put a back board (hiding the utility pipes ) on your utility room cover . Then you could mount the milky way behind the space pcs. Also in the promo for the MW there was a solar

Bricksie little idea for you. Since your office upstairs has cinderblock walls maybe have your mural painter com back and paint those like lego bricks. I think that would be pretty slick.
I have all the Space Sets you have on display, (except the little space shuttle, I have the 1990 Space Shuttle, and Launch Tower) above my kitchen cabinets.

The Space Launch System is beautiful. I'm not getting it myself as I try to restrict myself to sets related to minifigure scale for my city, but as a display set it's perfect.

I had an idea for the Milky Way set. Copy the navigation map from Mass Effect and laser etch it on clear plexiglass and attach it to the frame with magnets.

I love the space program so I’d like to vote for a Cape Canaveral type area next to whatever body of water you add to the new Lego city! Could tie in with a future airport/runway? If you don’t want an actual space center you could do a space museum similar to the U.S. Space & Rocket Center at Huntsville, Alabama!?

Theres another space shuttle youll need to get its ansmaller one. It has a satelite in it too really cool

Looks like a cool set, but I would really like Lego to do a Starship-set, complete with Mechazilla, the OLM and a full stack ship and booster. Guess it would be a bit repetitive when building, but still would definitely buy it!
LEGO prices are ridiculous, is it even worth the price anymore?
So sad that the new rocket is not the same scale as Saturn V. I have Falcon Heavy, Delta IV Heavy, Saturn V, Space Shuttle and Soyuz in 1:110 scale and really hoped for this too... It seems to be 1:160
