This video has me in tears. I recently lost 100 pounds and im still on my journey but I remember being heavier and wanting to give up so bad. Infelizmente isto é raridade, eu sou obesa e já frequentei algumas academias e acabei desistindo por conta que os professores nem me olhavam, o foco deles são nas alunas magras ,em fazerem elas ficarem com corpao e enquanto a pessoa obesa fica desmotivada .

a trainer/teacher is a difficult job. you put others before you BUT having a passion of seeing your students/participants succeed with your help is truly amazing. sometimes its exhausting yet rewarding. props to the trainer!!!
I love how nobody falls behind in his workouts. A lot of other trainers showcase the most fit to show their workouts really work. He cares about people and that shows.
