I was in tears watching this! I wish he was close to me... I felt the power and inspiration through my phone. With 5 kids and a husband, I put myself last and motivation goes out the window and depression comes in. So awesome those ladies cheering her on.

tell you how many classes I have left because I felt like the slowest and fattest one in the room.
This instructor is in a league of his own, I love how he is with people and how he runs his class, I wish you were in Ireland I struggle badly from fear of going to gyms for people judging me. Keep it up and Katie you rock girl xx

I was there and Katie was awesome!! I've been following Phil for a while and I have his DVD's (sitting on a shelf) but doing this with Phil in person was definitely XTREME!! I went in cold turkey but I survived. This really gave me the inspiration I needed to get moving again. DVD's are off the shelf now. Awesome workouts and so much fun!!
