  • These PomPom Tassels are quite frivolous! So much fun and a great way to use some fabric leftovers. They make decorative tassels, could have painted beads for fun and also can be a terrific "soft" toy for throwing, with soft landings! Do you have some leftover fabrics? Often we have small amounts of fabric leftover from larger projects, often full width, and are not too sure how to use them. Cut into narrow strips they can be made into PomPoms for fun, great stuck on the end of a pencil, made into a tassel - imagine a whole basket of them just sitting around, how delicious! - so many possibilities....... Have fun!

I really enjoy watching you play with fabric. Your ideas for using the pompoms are wonderful because they encourage and motivate us to have fun creating. What is especially nice are the projects you design that can easily include children. I bet that there are some young people who think that you are the best grandma alive.

Thank you. So when you say you would like something larger, do you mean with leftovers? or just a larger project? have you visited the website www.gourmetquilter.com? or please email me on susanclaire@gourmetquilter.com if you would like to.
