    You rock!!!!! I love your videos and I like your natural flow. I am an intuitive artist and drawn to people that just do it. I believe everything happens for a reason, at exactly the right moment. Its OK you look at camera, or in your eyes; perhaps make little mistakes, because it is making me feel I don't have to be perfect which brings fear and stops me. The world has too much judgement but some fearless artist are changing our art history especially for female artists. With your assistance I have embraced my inner eccentric artist and finally taking it seriously. I started to study other artist throughout history to get a feel for what I love. I LOVE the freeing, imperfect, bold art that empresses the artist emotions. I am draw to the stories and love seeing big messy studios full of messy art supplies and experiments. Some days I wonder if I am a artist or scientist. It took me a long time to figure out the WHY to my art. Money would be nice but the art is an extension of the artist heart and thoughts and emotions of the world. Against keep up the excellent work!!!!!! Many people are waking up to their gifts and making a difference!! Sherry, Campbellford, ON.

By the way...speeking their language is for the most people in europe impossible...realy so difficult...so good that the scandinavians speek english very well. Love the colors of your new painting on the left side...the green, orange and red...wow. Greetings from austia!

      @@lorimirabelliabstractartist Ah! Yeah. That means: It is the art or That is the art. Hard to explain how to pronounce it in writing, but let me try: Det = like the "de" in delicious (you don't pronounce the T). Er = almost sounds like "air". Kunsten = con sten. So: De air con sten. Yeah, probably easier face to face :P

      @@lorimirabelliabstractartist Thank you Lori - it was a great example of how it can lead to new doors opening when you put yourself and your art out there for people to discover! Here is a little Danish lesson for you 😊🇩🇰: Kunst means Art. Det Er Kunsten (name of your Danish gallery) means something like This Is The Arts. And that's why my instagram handle is evanicholskunst - since I am originally from Denmark, and I couldn't get evanicholsart I decided to go with the danish word for art instead. @Creophagous Před 3 lety

    I find it interesting on the first question. When I create abstract art, I never know what the end result will be and just let 'colour' guide me, more than any specific idea.

    • @lorimirabelliabstractartist
      @lorimirabelliabstractartist  Před 3 lety +1

      when I just playing around and painting I'm the same...but when I'm trying to create a body of work...that's a bit different. I have one piece I love and then I want to create more so it becomes a body of work that's cohesive. That is when I'll play around in my mind with options. I still don't see the finished piece but I see options...

      @@lorimirabelliabstractartist I totally understand in that regard. I really think you have a fantastic talent and have been watching you here and there as you provide super sound advice. I am not a traditional artist like you, but the principles of abstract art remains the same. I can see from a lot of your work that it does follow a theme to some degree, therefore, any art collector will be really happy to buy say 3 paintings from yourself as they will fit within any environment. Keep up the good work. :)

    Question: do you find that deep gallery wrap canvases are more 'professional' than the narrower kinds? I am still buying the cheap canvases 3/4 inch. I did get some hard boards but they have to be kept flat if they are big they warp or edges get frayed. Would it be better to just by the canvas blanket, gesso, and stretch? I got a small house. I watched the 2 shipping videos, Excellent job! Thank you for sharing! Love your work!
