I made this recipe yesterday and it was absolutely wonderful. The perfect picture of comfort food. I made a small pot of beans and your Mexican rice too to complete the meal. Ive also made your oregano rice, so now my count is at 8 of your recipes I’ve made so far. And they just keep getting better and better.
