    This is certainly a fun workout that I would recommend to intermediate and advanced workout dancers. Beginners like myself (at the time of this comment) might need to take it a bit slow, but I’m sure coming back to this video after getting some skill will be great!

    Thank you for your dance. My return to dance workout after more than 1 month of not exercising then I feel a little bit tired and exhausted. But finally I can finish your dance. I hope to be able to keep doing exercise everyday.

    I love these in theory but every single video goes WAY too fast. I can’t even catch what the move will be before you’re doing it full speed and I end up quitting every time.
