This is certainly a fun workout that I would recommend to intermediate and advanced workout dancers. Beginners like myself (at the time of this comment) might need to take it a bit slow, but I’m sure coming back to this video after getting some skill will be great!

It was super cute and I was way excited but had to dip out halfway through because I was so lost with the moves I wasn’t even getting a workout in.
Try changing the playback speed to slow it down

I love these in theory but every single video goes WAY too fast. I can’t even catch what the move will be before you’re doing it full speed and I end up quitting every time.
It's a great video but I wish there were less verbal instructions. I enjoy simply following you without thinking too much about what I'm doing. Great moves though, and I love your energy!
