fun fact, as Britain you start off with the biggest navy to begin with and the AI rarely does anything with their navy so you really only have to spam battleships carriers and subs and you should be fine
Fighting in Northeast India seems like an interesting tasks in HOI4. One of my favorite parts of HOI4 is the different terrains that you maneuver your divisions in.

In Hoi 4 it isn't called morale. It's called organisation ( or org for short)

Base your home fleet out of Portsmouth not London, as the London dock has all of your trade/supply is going through it meaning that it reduces the size of the dock.
Previously, fleets could control three sea zones. Now it makes sense to break up your fleets do that they can continuously control more. One admiral can control ten fleets. You could select that admiral by clicking on the lower left corner where the + button usually appears.

I highly doubt it, but I'd really like the optimal naval composition to be accurate to WW2. That is to say, the optimal is the what it would be in real life. That'd be a cool little nod.
It is possible to do that. In the ship designer there's a chance to get an empty template for the hull, and work from that
IF you are vuilding BBs build them as floating aa platforms
get a licence production from Malaya they have a destroyer with 50 sub detection it is something paradox forgot to adjust in the new dlc all other destroyer dont come even close to that
I like watching others playing paragon games. Personally spending thirty plus hours just to understand how to play the game is to much.

Im pretty sure anti-subs submarines are the best type of ship for protecting convoys. Although it seems stupid at first, there is a rationale for it. During naval combat, ships will attack other ships on the sea tile hostile to them(duh). If a ship cannot target any hostile targets, it will retreat (because it would be stupid if your battleship just let itself be killed by enemy fleets). The only thing which can target anti-sub submarines are subs and other anti-subs. In the case of an anti sub vs anti sub ships, it comes down to a numbers game (but the AI doesn't build may of them from what I've seen). In the case of subs vs anti-subs, anti-subs will have the advantage against subs (duh again). In all other instances, the enemy fleet will run away.

Uuuuh... I think it was Fleet composition... 4 capital ships per 1 carrier and 4 screening ships for every 1 capital ship

For naval spam torpedos. if oyu have 10k torpedos and the enemy has 5k torpedos they just get shit on in seconds. Sub IIIs with snorkel 2 are OP as well and never get caught.
Naval bombers are a thing of the past, light cruisers, destroyers and subs armed up to their eyes with torpedos is insane.
You need more aircraft as well

4:47 - I know what you're trying to say by using the word 'accessibility' here - you're talking about new people finding the learning curve difficult. But PLLLEEEAAASSSEEE can we try to keep the word 'accessibility' to mean features to help people with disabilities. I have MS and I know that it's actually really difficult to get devs to implement accessibility-focused features and when we start to mix the terminology then it just makes it harder because people get confused. (It's hard to judge tone through text. I'm not annoyed, I think you do a great job and I know I would be terrible at making a constant stream of coherent words come out of my mouth for hours at a time while I'm playing a game - I just want to raise awareness about this and that's coming from a good place, not an 'oh my god you do everything wrong' kind of place.
